According to Wikipedia the term arrest is: An arrest is the act of depriving a person of his or her liberty usually in relation to the purported investigation or prevention of crime and presenting (the arrestee) to a procedure as part of the criminal justice system.
So being ‘detained’ or in ‘custody’ (your words) is being arrested, period end of story!
Interesting that we have heard nothing else about these individuals being detained or in custody, almost as if the truth is being denied.
All the witnesses described a mask gunman . . . so how was the identification of the gunman made?
How come the kid that supposedly did this was found with two hand guns and yet all of the victims were killed with a rifle?
How do the Police know the kid shot himself if no one saw him do it?

I do not believe this kid Adam did this. In the Virginia Tech shooting, the Colorado shooting, and the Columbine, all shooters left behind something to leave their mark other than the murders.
Virginia Tech shooter mailed pictures and a letter to NBC, Colorado left his house boobytrapped, and the Columbine shooters left their diaries and vidieos for others to see. Where is this kid’s mark? Where did he learn to shoot, as many people as he did, in the short amount of time, using the large amount of ammunition, without any witnesses of this training? How quickly did the FBI show up after the shootings and where is this guy who was picked up in the woods? If anyone can answer these questions please do in comments. I cannot let this go.
The Connecticut shooting that took place on December 14, 2012 was a C.I.A. Psy-op operation.
