Once chaos and panic spreads then comes the action of real POLICE STATE:

Now we have ‘external-poverty’ where person may not have enough to eat or live OR we can have ‘internal-poverty’
where person will lack empathy and compassion for others.
An external-poverty person can still live with dignity, as his human conscience is alive however an internal-poverty
person is in darkness, eccentric and shall always abuse-power.
A stark contrast between ‘Aristide’ and ‘Rene Preval’ is no wonder since, former had external-poverty
and latter had internal-poverty.
There is a reason when we say ’If You Want To Lose Your Soul Blindly Support Your Government- Right Or Wrong’ since,
we don’t have device/machine yet available that delineates between internal-poverty and internal-richness.
A soul-less being has no empathy for others. Lose your empathy, and you’ve lost your soul.
Unless we have complete global awareness and everyone collectively aim for
JUSTICE, TRUTH, PEACE, LIBERTY, DETERMINATION for ALL!

Leaders of the SAD Amritsar (Panch Pardhani) met Minister of State for External Affairs Preneet Kaur here today.
During their meeting with Preneet, SAD Amritsar (Panch Pardhani) Secretary General Harpal Singh Cheema claimed
that there were many Sikh’s, who were presently residing in Punjab, but still their name appears in the infamous blacklist of Sikhs.
“We have got to know that the Indian Government is now reviewing the blacklist.
Hence, name of all those persons, who had already been brought back to India and had been acquitted by courts,
should be deleted from the blacklist,” demanded Cheema, while handing over a copy of memorandum in this regard to Preneet.
The memorandum, a copy of which is with The Tribune reads, “Harpal Singh Cheema, resident of Lohari Kalan village,
Fatehgarh Sahib and Kulbir Singh Barapind, resident of Barapind village, Jalandhar, are senior members of
SAD Amritsar (Panch Pardhani). Both of them were brought back to India and were tried by Indian courts.
They were acquitted by the court and are now living in Punjab. But to utter dismay, their names still figures in the blacklist.”
Speaking to The Tribune, Cheema alleged that the Indian Government has never specified the criteria followed
by it for blacklisting Sikhs, which is against the principles of natural justice. “Even the media had highlighted that
there are certain names in the blacklist, regarding whom, the government does not possess primary information,” he said.
The SAD Amritsar (Panch Pardhani) leaders have urged Preneet to take up the matter at appropriate level with the Union Government.

I had attempted to explain in my earlier article “INDIA WINS AGAIN…..”, how cause/action/ reaction are
implicitly interconnected:
Where there is corruption, there is abuse of power, where there is abuse of power, there is by an
large “poverty”. It is not a rocket science and anyone can figure out the disparity how deplorable is
INDIA’s ratio of rich vs poor.
If we try to delve further into this and ascertain implications we find CHAIN-REACTION just like
in NUCLEAR FUSION.
I don’t want to explain Nuclear Physics here since we all are students of science,
however I shall straight-away come to my point. In Nuclear Fusion we find that when more
than one sub/atomic particle combine they release huge amount of energy and HEAT
that has mainly been used for destructive purpose thus-far.
Are we all worried about GLOBAL WARMING ?
Is NUCLEAR FUSION OF CORRUPTION the main reason ?
Why is russia earlier known as USSR, burning for last 30days ?

Cops `torture’ suspected terrorist

AMRITSAR: One of the five alleged terrorists caught with weapons and RDX, and accused of planning strikes in Punjab, has been hospitalized with grievous injuries. Doctors said the victim sustained injuries as he was subjected to electric shocks.
Dr Saurabh Dhanda of Guru Nanak Dev Hospital (GNDH) said the alleged terrorist, Kulwant Singh, was brought with injuries, which could have led to renal failure. “There were electric shock injuries on his ear and private parts. Kulwant’s stomach also had injuries owing to severe beating with batons,” he said.
Dhanda said his condition was still critical and there were no signs of recovery. He went on to state there was a need to put him on dialysis.

`Take action against erring police officials’

Citing a few instances of stage-managed encounters by the Punjab Police during the militancy period in the state, the Majha Ex-Servicemen Human Rights Front today urged the government to initiate action against those police officials who were involved in killing innocent Punjabi youths terming them as militants.
Nevertheless, officials were indicted in several cases by investigating agencies but after sham inquiries, they were allegedly awarded promotions and gallantry awards. It has been alleged that many of them are at present serving in the security convoy of the Chief Minister. However, several questions remained unanswered when kin of those who were killed in fake encounters narrated their tales here.
Dalbir Kaur, accompanied by her daughter Jeevanjot (16), alleged that in August 1994, her husband Sukhpal Singh of Kala Afghana village was abducted from his house and later killed by a police team led by an official, now a DIG-rank official. Later, it was shown that a notorious militant Gurnam Singh Bandala was killed. Likewise, Lakhbir Kaur alleged that her brother Kinder Singh of Nagoke village was a truck driver. He was pulled out of his truck in Madhya Pradesh by the police only to shot him dead while showing that militant Sukhpal Singh Nangli had been eliminated.
Col GS Sandhu (retd), chairman of the front, claimed that both Bandala and Nangli were alive. A former DGP-rank officer, who had allegedly patronised a militant, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhi, had admitted a few years ago that like him, about 300 terrorists-turned police “cats” had been rehabilitated by the Punjab Police in the state by giving them new identities.
Sandhu alleged that the police used these “cats” to engage arms and ammunition, only to be later shown as being recovered from their “false prey”. Tarn Taran-based Chaman Lal said his son Gulshan Kumar, a vegetable vendor then, was killed on June 22, 1993. Darshan Singh’s two sons Jarnail Singh (24) and Karnail Singh (21) were shot dead by the police on July 22, 1993.

In a chilling account of the days when Haryana police officials in connivance with former state DGP S P S Rathore targeted Ruchika Girotra’s family, her brother Ashu had said that he was mercilessly beaten inside a police station in the presence of senior police official. “They tortured me. My
hands were tied on my back and I was made to bend. My feet were tied with a weight. I was kept in this position for 10-15 minutes,” Ashu, who was about 20 years old at that time, said in his statement before the sessions court of Patiala on September 3, 2002, which have been accessed by PTI.
Ruchika, Rathore and the failed construct of India
A CBI court has convicted former DGP of Haryana SPS Rathore for molesting a 14-year-old tennis player in 1990. Not for eventually driving the girl to suicide. He got off with a six-month jail thanks to his clout with Congress, BJP and other parties.
INSPECTOR GENERAL of police SPS Rathore has been the top law enforcer of the state of Haryana. Like `supercop’KPS Gill in Punjab, he was director general of police and was the darling of four chief ministers. The former top cop has been convicted and sentenced to jail.
The conviction is not for any `acceptable’ offence committed by politicos, bureaucrats, judges and police officers, which people of the `free’ republic take as routine behaviour. It is not for amassing wealth through corrupt ways; it is also not bumping off in a fake encounter some small time don who had fell out with the political bosses and become uncomfortable.
A CBI court in Chandigarh has convicted Rathore for molesting a teenage girl Ruchika Girhotra. That was when he was the president of the Haryana Lawn Tennis Association in Panchkula way back in August 1990. Ruchika was a budding tennis player. The 14-year-girl was so traumatised by the experience and intimidation from authorities to silence her that she committed suicide in 1993. When the family alleged that harassment from the police drove her to suicide, they were forced to shift out of Panchkula. Two high ranking officials of the state spoke out against the tactics of the cops after the public outcry.
RR Singh, the investigation officer who probed the charges brought by Ruchika, accused Rathore of driving the girl to suicide. “In this case, I am of the considered view that whatever Ruchika, a small girl of 15 years had stated about the molestation by SPS Rathore is based on true facts. I am of the opinion that a cognisable offense is made, therefore, recommend that a case under appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code be got registered.”
Singh faced severe pressure to prolong the probe, as it usually happens in India when big names are involved. He finally submitted a report to the Home Secretary JK Duggal after much delay. Both the officers confirmed that Ruchika’s statements against the former DGP were all based on facts. Yet, no case was registered to implicate Rathore in abetting suicide, thanks to his clout with leaders of the Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party and the local parties. The sentence he has now got is, therefore, a flea bite for the fiend. Rathore has to pay a paltry fine of Rs 1000 and has been sentenced to just six months in jail.
JK Duggal, former Home Secretary, has confirmed Rathore’s culpability in the suicide of Ruchika Girhotra. He said: “It was a political interference (that delayed the matter) because at the bureaucratic level, we had recommended severe punishment. Both RR Singh and I had recommended it. Then the file was held up with the minister.” Duggal added: “The quantum of punishment is not justifiable. It should have been much more. The entire family has been harassed. He deserves severe punishment.”
India’s justice dispensation system is refractory to any such concern even from highly placed persons. Within moments of the sentencing, an `honourable’ judge granted bail to the sex maniac.
SPS Rathore’s mentor KPS Gill, it may be recalled, was convicted and sentenced for tormenting an IAS officer Rupen Deol. She suffered hell as she refused to take a `friendly’ pat on her bum from the drunken boss lightly. Gill, reputed for creating mass graves for dissenters to keep politicians in power, used his terrific influence with bosses to evade punishment for several years. He also had the blind admiration of gullible Indian public working for him.
It may be recalled that KPS Gill paid a couple of lakh rupees in damages only when he could no more prolong the case after the conviction at the highest court. Treading the same footsteps of the evil hero, SPS Rathore too has plans to appeal against the verdict. He is very likely to die of old age like a king after amassing enough wealth for his kin and cronies.
Interestingly, Gill is still held in awe by perverted patriots of India for his `services’ to the country. The Ruchika-Rathore episode has again revealed the failure of the construction of India. The entire system of governance put in place by leaders of the so-called freedom struggle favours only Gills and Rathores. Tragically, power has been inherited from colonial masters by corrupt and autocratic elements in the name of democracy which is reflected in the rotten judicial system.
It is time now for hyper-patriotic Indians to ponder over a question. Who should by hanged (or stoned to death) first; the `honourable’ cop and politicos who shielded him for inhuman feats a decade back or, Ajmal Kasab for his alleged role in a ruthless mission in 2008? It can’t be denied that the Mumbai carnage was intended to achieve the goal of ending military oppression in occupied Kashmir even if the means could be controversial.
