ISRAEL CALLING UP ARMY RESERVEs - Six army battalions called up under emergency orders to meet growing threat on Egypt, Syria borders – Knesset approves IDF request to call up a further 16 battalions if needed ~ link ~ Most of the Israeli news media is NOT reporting this! A total of 22 battalions is a very large call-up. This is something that is normally done on the Eve of War. This does not automatically mean that war in imminent, however it is normally a large ‘red flag’ in that regard. Stirling

The IDF has issued emergency call up orders to six reserve battalions in light of new dangers on the Egyptian and Syrian borders. And the Knesset has given the IDF permission to summon a further 16 reserve battalions if necessary, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.

An IDF spokesperson said intelligence assessments called for the deployment of more soldiers.

Iran criticizes US deployment of F-22s to UAE ~ link ~ Just as tensions between Iran on the one side and the UAE and its Sunni allies in the Gulf on the other peaked last week, the U.S. decided to station a squadron of F-22s, the most advanced warplane in the world, at Al-Dhafra airbase in the UAE, joining the spy planes and aerial tankers of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing already based there.

Iran’s condemnation of the provocative militarism followed comments on Monday by the defence minister, Ahmad Vahid, who said, “Such deployments in the region are both harmful and useless. They are mostly done to create a psychological trend and a sense of insecurity in the region.”

UAE and French armies conclude War Games ~ link ~ General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday attended the final day of the joint military exercise Gulf 2012 which was being conducted by the UAE Armed Forces and French forces.

The exercise was part of a series of joint UAE-France military exercises to enhance cooperation and coordination and to exchange military expertise in accordance with the common defence treaty signed by the two countries.

The exercise also featured an air show of fighter jets and transport aircraft that entered service recently.

Pentagon: Tons of Weapons Stuck in Pakistan ~ link ~ This on-going dispute between Pakistan and America is an attempt by the globalists to entice the Indians to split from the Russia/China/India/Pakistan/Iran/Syria/etc. alliance and to make war against Pakistan in the coming Third World War. So far, the Indians and the Pakistanis have shown themselves to be too smart for this nonsense, which would simply see both of them destroyed by each other in a nuclear WWIII Indian Sub-Continent war theater. Previous attempts to shrug off the closure of the Pakistani border to war materiel seem to be crumbling, as a new Pentagon report warns that Pakistan’s refusal to let NATO use it for supplying its occupation is a “strategic concern.”

The report goes on to say that “thousands of tons” of military equipment, including weapons and vehicles, are “stranded” on the Pakistani side of the border, and that the Afghan military is facing “increasing shortages” because of this.

Israel: Politicians scramble for posts ahead of an election date ~ link ~ A bill for dissolving the Knesset was tabled by the Likud MK Zeev Elkin on behalf of the government coalition Wednesday, May 2. The presumed date is Sept. 4, 2012. But before the Israeli prime minister even had a chance to fix the date for the snap poll rushing toward Israel in the fall, politicians of many hues from a whole range of veteran, small and new parties were already staking their claims for jobs in the post-election government. Defense Minister Ehud Barak led the pack with a news conference Wednesday, announcing he would run at the head of his Independence Party (which last year split from Labor) to fill the same portfolio in the future government because he was sure Binyamin Netanyahu would never find a better candidate for the job.

China: A nine-man dictatorship ~ link ~ “China’s Watergate — A top Chinese official is accused of wiretapping the president of China. The man who was thought to be the future president of China, has been caught red-handed in a crime: wire-tapping the (current) president of China.

Along with this crime, up to $180 billion is missing, and it is thought that there is a connection. China is the only dictatorship without one man (the dictator) in charge. China is ruled by a collection of dictators, and therein lies a problem — fierce and deadly competition.

What I learned over the weekend. China has a 9-man dictatorship; it is the only dictatorship that is not led by one man. When it was learned that one of the ‘dictators’ had wiretapped the Chinese leader, all hell broke loose. Uneasy lie the heads of the various Chinese leaders. Yet strangely, the Chinese stock average is holding steady. On the news the FTSE broke below its 200-day MA, and then bounced back above it again.

Fukushima on Steroids: “Japan is in the Process of Contaminating the Entire Pacific Ocean” ~ link ~ The on-going nuclear process at Fukushima could result in a relatively small atomic bomb explosion. However, that explosion, because of the vast amount of stored enriched fuel rods in the open air fuel storage pools, would become the greatest ‘nuclear dirty bomb’ in human history. A bomb that would put into the atmosphere the equivalent of the FALLOUT OF SEVERAL THOUSAND NUCLEAR BOMBS GOING OFF!!! This could be either a Human Extinction Event or close to it!!! Stirling

“The urgency of the situation is underscored by the ongoing seismic activity where 13 earthquakes of magnitude 4.0-5.7 have occurred off the northeast coast of Japan between April 14 and 17.

This has been the norm since the first quake and tsunami hit the Dai-Ichi site on March 11 of last year. Larger quakes are expected closer to the power plant,” continues the Huffington Post.

If an earthquake or other event were to cause this pool to drain, this could result in a catastrophic radiological fire that could wipe out most of the northern hemisphere; certainly it would be a massive civilization-breaking event some are suggesting.

Egypt Army signals willingness to hand over power – with video ~ link ~ Egypt’s military might hand over to civilian rule earlier than planned in the unlikely event that this month’s presidential election produces an outright winner, politicians said after meeting generals on Wednesday.

Few Egyptians expect anyone of the 13 candidates to secure more than 50 percent support in the May 23-24 vote, which is likely to go to a run-off in June. The army has pledged to hand over power to an elected president by July 1.
