Was unethical psychiatrist the “Aurora massacre” gunman’s mind-control doctor?

James Holmes had a minimum of Two handlers as we can tell – so far…

OKLAHOMA CITY – More pieces of the puzzle are coming together in the wake of the Aurora, Colorado shooting rampage that left 12 people dead and more than 50 wounded.

A major piece of that puzzle involved the package that included a notebook full of violent details that the alleged shooter, 24-year-old James Eagan Holmes sent his psychiatrist, Dr. Lynne Fenton at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus. In the leaked notes, Holmes allegedly warned Fenton he was going to shoot people and that they contained “violent images.” The package was discovered after the mass shooting at the Century 16 cinema in Aurora during a showing of the new Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises.

News reports have already noted today that Fenton, who has kept a low profile since Holmes was named as the shooter, was reprimanded by the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners in 2005 for “prescribing medication to herself, her husband and an employee.” This included Vicodin, Xanax, Lorazepam and Ambien. While Fenton was disciplined, one has to wonder what other unethical activities Fenton may have been engaged in? At the moment we don’t have a whole lot to go on, just pieces of a large and curious puzzle.

Knowing that she was willing to skirt the rules, perhaps Fenton herself was under the control of others. Perhaps she was compromised in some way and was being instructed to give Holmes certain medications or implant certain messages into his mind during his “sessions.” We hope more about those details comes to light in coming days and weeks.

In studying biographical information about Dr. Fenton, which is allegedly being scrubbed from the University of Colorado website, she has been the medical director for UC-Denver’s Student Mental Health Service since 2009. Fenton has been heavily involved as either a research fellow, instructor, physician, acupuncturist and – most interestingly – Chief of Physical Medicine for the U.S. Air Force at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas (1990-93) and the Staff Physiatrist at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas (1990-93). Currently, Fenton has a keen interest in the study of schizophrenia.

It is well-known in conspiracy analysis circles that Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West was, as I wrote last year in a Red Dirt Report article headlined “An elephant, a psychiatrist, and one bad acid trip at the OKC Zoo,” “stationed from 1949 to 1956 at Lackland … where he served as chief of psychiatry service at 3700th USAF Hospital.” While I focused on West’s involvement in the killing of Tusko the elephant at the Oklahoma City Zoo 50 years ago this week, I noted that prior to his arrival in Oklahoma, his interest in mind-control research likely sprang from his studies at Lackland and under the wing of Operation Paper Clip Nazi scientists like Dr. Hubertus Strughold, who, until not so long ago, had a library named after him at neighboring Brooks Air Force Base. Strughold, the “Father of Space Medicine” was also notorious for his role in “wartime experiments on concentration camp prisoners.”

Which brings us back to Dr. Lynne Fenton. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of California-Davis in 1982 and her MD at Chicago Medical School in 1986. As researcher Leuren Moret has noted, UC-Davis, where she was an undergrad, said that animal studies on mind control took place at UC-Davis, with a “monkey colony” so they could be adapted for human use. We should also note that UC-Davis is also home to the Center for Mind and Brain. Of course Fenton would have been in the midst of her university studies in the immediate years after MK-ULTRA, mind-control experiments and other “unethical human experiments” had been exposed via the Church Committee and in investigative news reports in the mid-1970′s.

Still, many of these programs still exist and are far more sophisticated than they were four decades ago. Was James Eagan Holmes a victim involved in a bigger program. Friends say he was pretty quiet but not the violent type. Did he think he was in the fantasy he called “temporal illusions” where one can change the past via illusions? Note this 2006 video featured at the San Diego Union-Tribune website where an 18-year-old Holmes talks about his studies at a computational neurobiology lab at La Jolla, California’s Salk Institute. It appears the seeds of mind control had already been planted. It is very reminiscent of the mind-control ravings of Jared Lee Loughner, the Tucson, Arizona man who allegedly shot and injured U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, as well as killing U.S. Federal Judge John Roll and five others. In addition to Giffords, 13 others were injured. A day after that shooting in January 2011, we wrote “MK ULTRA at work in Tucson attack?

In December 2011, Fenton wrote a review of Stephen S. Hall’s book called Wisdom: From Philosophy to Neuroscience for The American Journal of Psychiatry. Noting that (much like her patient James Eagan Holmes) she was an “avid consumer of neuroscience literature,” Fenton’s approach to this book on “wisdom,” she adds a bit of criticism by saying that in addition to the author’s “Eight Neural Pillars of Wisdom,” she would have “added another pillar: ‘theory of mind,’ the ability to understand another’s state of mind to explain or predict the other’s behavior.” It would appear that Fenton has a keen interest in neuroscience, mind-control and the study of predictive behavior. Did Fenton predict James Eagan Holmes was going to commit mass murder in a movie theater? Did she know other things? What does she know and why isn’t she talking to the media.

According to Fenton’s bio, that are reportedly “disappearing” from the web, part of her “clinical activities” at the Anschutz Medical Campus there in the Denver metro area was “medication and psychotherapy for 15-20 graduate students per week.” We know James Eagan Holmes was part of that group. What of the others? We already know Holmes had a keen interest in neuroscience. He had received $26,000 in grant money from the National Institutes of Health to take part in UC’s Ph.D. program in neuroscience. And now? He’s babbling about being the “Joker” and acting confused, not unlike Sirhan Sirhan.

Holmes has appeared to be in a constant “zombie-like” state since the July 20th Aurora massacre. It has been suggested he was on scopolamine, a popular “mind-control drug” that is also known as burundanga or “devil’s breath.” It is a drug that comes from plants found primarily in South America. The CIA couldn’t resist the stuff. Or maybe it was propranolol – the “pill to forget“?

And while we have been unable to fully confirm this information, alternative news sites and forums are reporting that Holmes’ father, Robert Holmes, allegedly has a role in exposing the so-called “LIBOR rate-fixing scandal” that is liable to explode. Curious that his son would then be fingered as the “lone gunman” in a massacre just as the hot-button issue of gun control is being feverishly discussed.

As we noted, neither Dr. Fenton, nor the University of Colorado is saying much about the accused gunman or what Fenton and Holmes may have discussed. This is all under the guise of “doctor-patient” privilege.

There is no such thing as doctor patient privilege in a murder case. All records will be subpenaed and made available to the defense and the prosecutors in the case. After the case they will all be part of the public record. Anyone who goes to the court during the case will hear the details presented from all the records. If the doctor destroys the records that is another thing, but most records are electronic today and it is difficult to destroy electronic records completely.
