WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange made his first public appearance for two months today to demand the American government’s ‘war on whistleblowers’ must end.
He also said he had taken a ‘stand for justice’ and praised the ‘courageous South American nation’ of Ecuador as he spoke from the balcony of its embassy in central London.
The 41-year-old was granted asylum by Ecuador on Thursday as he seeks to avoid extradition to Sweden, where he is wanted for questioning over sexual misconduct allegations. MORE HERE

If providing material assistance to al-Qaeda is illegal under the National Defence Authorization Act (2012), and Obama and Congress are sending $25 million of aid to al-Qaeda-affiliated Syrian opposition, aren’t Congress and President Obama violating their own law? Should Obama (or at least the Justice Department) not be using “all necessary and appropriate force” including “the power to indefinitely detain” to prevent Obama and Congress from assisting al-Qaeda? Did anyone in Congress or the Obama administration even bother to read the law that they were signing? Do Federal laws no longer apply to lawmakers?
With comments like this one, we can see that USA is not out of trouble yet.

Why was Assange bailed out by the Rothschilds and afterwards stayed at one of the Rothschilds mansions? The media has been all over this and Assange hasn’t gone to trial after all these years…Assange only released cables that the government allowed him to…This is all another game! It is disgusting that some people, falling into the James Bond style propaganda, believe that their country’s spies have all the rights to kill and torture those they consider ennemi of states, whereas they do not wish to find the culprids (their own spies) who sent a sovereign, peaceful and democratic country into the violence and chaos of a fascist coup d’etat with all crimes against humanities (remember Pinochet ?).
