Foreign Troops Coming To New Mexico

I came across some disturbing information recently that I believe needed to be passed on. I have a very close relative that is a contractor on White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. He/she is in the logistics department and works on a variety of programs. He/she is working on one program in particular which I believe is called N.E.I. I am not positive on the name but anyways this program handles training of foreign troops for deployments in places like the middle east, Afghanistan in particular. He/she told me that the program, N.E.I., usually has 1,000-2,000 troops from one country on the base for training at one time. Well, he/she said that there are 15,000 troops from various countries all over the world coming to the base at the beginning of November this year, 2012. This is unheard of for them to host this many troops from more than one country at one time. This is very odd, especially when you consider the timing of these troops arrival and the presidential elections. This relative of mine knows nothing or believes any conspiracy theory or martial law or anything of that nature so, to have this person tell me this means something very strange is going on there.

She sees HAARP induced chaotic weather including a wave of severe hurricanes, fema camp activation & evacuation centres this fall in those areas.
Seems like something big is brewing,reckon time will tell,our winters have been almost non existant where i live,a lot warmer than normal,very little snow anymore,does feel like seasons are changing.
I don’t buy this guys fear-mongering… but there have been a lot of people in Albuquerque lately. For a while now I have been noticing an large influx of people (from other countries/as well as other states esp. texas)- I have also noticed that there are A LOT of government/police cars, and unmarked government cars- ALSO there are (what look like) spy drones/gov planes going back and forth across the sky (behind the Sandia mountains) two at a time over, and over, literally all night long (that has been happening for a long time now). These are so high up that I can’t really tell if they are planes, and there are two blinking red and blue/or green lights on either side of the (plane/drone?). It really freaks me out- ALSO my brother looked on google and found that on the other side of the Sandia mountains there were huge tanks blocking dirt roads/landing strips, and random large military building looking things everywhere. I will see if there seem to be more people coming in in Nov.
(although I completely doubt this guy and his sources- I overheard two military guys talking about how there is supposed to be a war coming in Dec. and that it was supposed to be sooner, like October, and they were waiting for ‘Iran to do something’ but then they got the order that it wouldn’t happen until Dec., and the guy seemed pretty worried about it. So obviously THEY ARE trying to start WW3 there is no doubt about that- who this steve quayle guy is- I don’t know, maybe they are leaking the info to test peoples reactions?)

this is incorrect – it’s just a spin doctor of a story.
I work in the unit that’s doing the testing…the ONLY foreign troops involved are a couple allied countries (UK, Australia, Canada).
The Japanese are here to do missile training – which they do EVERY year…they have nothing to do with our training.
So, sorry to burst your bubble…it’s not what you think.
I believe the military is planning a coup against this administration, and since most of our troops are in conflicts troops from other countries will assist in taking down this administration or just in case they try setting of a nuke in a major city. That’s why I believe the 450 million round of ammo purchased will be for them..
