On this episode of The Pete Santilli Show:

A highly militarized police force arrived at the home of 63 year old Sahara Donahue to evict her from her residence of 24 years. She was petitioning US Bank for an additional 60 days to remain in her home, so she could have some time to find a new place to live, secure her belongings and leave her home with dignity. She came to the Colorado Foreclosure Resistance Coalition and Occupy Denver General Assembly to ask for our help. She knew no one in Occupy Denver prior to reaching out. We immediately started mobilizing to try to get her the assistance she needed and a group went up to her house for the first rumored eviction on Thursday 10/25. When that eviction didn’t happen, we planned an in-town action at US Bank on Monday for Sahara to try to find someone to speak with about her situation, with carpools up to her house later that day as the eviction was said to be scheduled for Tuesday 10/30. Occupiers laid barricades from fallen trees to prevent moving trucks and workers from entering the property and were able to stave off the eviction for a few hours. At 2:45pm ten or more truckloads of police in full combat gear armed with live-ammo AR-15’s, and grenade launchers arrived on the scene & forced occupiers to the ground at gun point. Police then made their way to the house, broke down the front door, threw Sahara to the ground in her own kitchen and pointed their guns at the heads of a mother and son who were in the house with Sahara along with others. They continued to break items in the house as they searched it.

Sahara Donahue (Victim) and Darren O’Connel (Occupy Denver) join Pete to tell the story of what really happened when a militarized swat team from Clear Creek County Sheriffs Department swarmed Miss Donahue’s property in an unlawful, unconstitutional raid to remove her from her home.

Pete places a call to the Clear Creek Count Colorado’s Sheriffs Department and speaks to SRGT Spraley properly schooling him on his oath to defend the constitution. The talk Pete has with this Sheriff is not to be missed or taken lightly. It is a very rare look into the minds of local law enforcement and how far they are willing to go to protect the banks. This officer actually admits in this interview that the laws are screwed up and until the people change them he is obligated to enforce them even though they are unconstitutional.

Thug cops have no honor. Where is the justice in their arms? What they cherish instead is the dog dish filled with pay-checks doled out by Federal Reserve bankers who print worthless used toilet paper dollars and call it money and use it to buy the souls of men.

The cop you see is a low level person that doesn’t call any shots of course. These occupy events are staged and controlled opposition that’s the real story ignored here.Luckily as usual I am ahead of the curve on this and did a good video exposing the fraud that was and continues to be the occupy movement.A movement that didn’t move anything and accomplished nothing of course. They did however leave clear evidence of who was behind the scenes running it, through their symbolism, clearly masonic not to mention their connection TO LUICIS TRUST!…so why even take them as anything but a joke?Endless debate is a waste of time.Few here commenting are likely even real, except me, as I’ve shown for years.oh yeah, the man who was truthing better, deeper and earlier the record shows….and for free, before anyone on youtube, still and always the best resource…well nufffrespect was real kinda, hmm, why did he disappear??? I know why. ….That’s just my opinion, backed by hard reality…I like this system where I have clear records of my work, thanks internet……Keep talking and I’ll keep researching and exposing.Don’t know about the troll talk below but I’m real, huimanswin on youtube, here is my vid Occupy Illuminati Symbolism Exposed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zWoF7wsVk5Q Watch it dont watch it,what ev…YT is rigged now and they messed up the real independent truthers there…..btwI have nothing pete santilli, dont know him.My list of famous truthers to continue to take down notches at a time is pretty long besides. Why these people want to piss me and other honest, real truthers off and seal their fate is just their nature and downfall.A skunk can’t change its stripes nor hide their smell.

How about the rest of the background on this story? WHY was the 63-year-old Ms. Donahue being evicted from her residence of 24 years? Was she in arrears on her house payments? Was she in breach of contract? For how long? And if so, why? Had she lost a major income stream, perhaps through the death of a spouse or a layoff? And could she have been helped in any other way short of the threat of armed resistance? Or is the “Occupy Denver movement” simply using her as a pretext for civil disobedience?

      • S.E. Cole

Hi Dave and welcome to this lively debate!! I am so glad to see people actually caring enough to respond … Doesn’t happen very much these days. The article above has a live interview attached to it … just letting you know in case you were a little confused about that. The story is in the interview. Pete makes a call to the Clear Creek County Sheriffs department and actually has a really cool conversation with a Srgt concerning Mrs. Donahues constitutional rights. You should listen to it … it’s awesome. What I find very curious here is how we the people have decided to create our own false left right paradigm just like the global elite … suddenly I see the us against them scenario raising it’s ugly head everywhere. And why wouldn’t it. The Occupy movement has been co-opted by the likes of George Soros CNN and the Democrats/Socialist party and the Tea-party/Constitutionalist/Libertarians/freedom movement/Ron Paul by Peter Theil, Fox News and The republicans/neoconservatives. It’s a mess. So we start getting offended that Occupy was on the scene and we forget what this story is really about and we don’t even take the time to listen to the attached audio. A SWAT team showed up in America at someones home to evict them, does it really matter why? Sahara Donahue is a victim of the system the Global Elite are setting into place and we can’t get passed our dislike for the Occupy movement? It’s what happened to mrs. Donahue after the SWAT team entered her home. We have all been co-opted we are all enslaved at this point. You may not like the Occupy movement and believe me I have issues with it … but the fact is they were on the scene because nobody else took the time to be. If we had not brought this story to you (you) would not even know about it. And for the record … if you don’t know the answer to all the above questions you ask .. re: all the “whys” then I suggest you educate yourself on the illegal unconstitutional actions and history of the banks. Thanks again for participating.

        • DeepSouth Dave

Thanks, Susannah! I hadn’t noticed the video link at the time I responded. I’ll give it a look.

My big concern with the Occupy movement is the possibility of organized opposition like theirs being used by the State as a pretext for a large-scale armed crackdown on dissent in general. Especially when I see creeps like Bill Ayers attracting Occupy audiences, as he did in Chicago a year or so ago. Circular logic at its worst: make public nuisances of themselves to the point that they force a reprisal, then proclaim the actions as oppression. That’s NOT the way to break the banksters’ oligarchy! More like playing straight into their hands, much like the way Hitler built up his “Brownshirts” and later slaughtered them to make his real police-state goons look like saviors.

Stay safe. I’ll be praying for y’all.

I’m back, after reviewing the original streamed phone video and the Santilli show. And I gotta say that the people’s case gets really sketchy.

On the one hand, there’s the craziness that’s going on in the mortgage industry, with the company MERS apparently involved with this foreclosure. As a New York Times article I just reviewed makes clear, that’s a valid reason to be skeptical about the legality of the foreclosure…
          http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/06/business/06mers.html?pagewanted=all

I can definitely see why people are feeling screwed-over with the current mortgage-service environment, and all the “dark matter” in the Mortgage-Backed-Securities derivatives field. I fear for the financial future of my country because of all those wierd derivatives floating around. I feel like I’m staring down the launch tube of the instrument of our financial Gotterdamerung.

BUT, my verdict is that the Occupy Denver people made the situation with this poor woman much worse. And it could have been A LOT worse than it was. It could have easily escalated into tragedy.

Those Occupy Denver folks really, REALLY need to leave ANYTHING that even LOOKS like a firearm AT HOME if they’re going to do stuff like civil disobedience. I about dropped my teeth when Santelli started discussing the fact that one of the Occupiers actually had a .BB pistol on him at the event! How can anyone be surprised that a SWAT team showed up? Especially given the negative reputation being developed by the mainstream media over anything labeling itself “Occupy”?

Not to mention the profanities, the screaming, the guy going nose-to-nose with the troopers with bullhorn in hand, going so far as to holler through the thing at point-blank range?

Sorry, gang: the enthusiasm’s commendable, but I give y’all an Occu-grade of “F” on this one. Time to re-read your Gandhi or Martin Luther King.

        • AmishMechanism

Probably the best point laden amongst the comments here. I personally despise getting involved in discussions like this (science is my area of expertise), but I feel strongly about Deep’s last sentence in the above quote. Police have absolutely no reason to step on your lawn in riot gear…unless they expect a riot. Screaming profanities, flinging spittle in each other’s faces and starting pissing contests are only going to incite violence. If the crowd had done things with a little more peaceful finesse, say, locking arms and forming a tight circle around the home, standing utterly still and silent, yet refusing entry, THEN they would have had a profound impact on the actions/potential actions of the police beasts. Any violence or forcible actions by the police would then be totally 100% out of line. Stereotypically speaking, cops are bullies (not all of em are full-retards, just most) looking for an excuse to flex the unconstitutional muscles they’ve been given over us weaker kids. MLK understood this and encouraged PEACEFUL CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE. Any weaker kid on the playground knows not to piss off the bully, because a severe ass-kicking will ensue… The only problem is that our bullies are backed, and encouraged by the teachers, and we simply have nobody to report them to. Unless all of the kids on the playground and whoop the asses of the bullies and teachers. Hopefully that doesn’t happen, but with all of these DHS purchases this past year, I’m pretty sure they’re gearing up for it.

I’ve said my piece, now back to quantum theory…. -Amish

        • DeepSouth Dave

Thanks for the prop, Amish!

The thing the whole Occupy movement seems to fail to understand is that they are supposed to be playing to an audience. That audience is the people who watch these stories on television. You’ve GOT to conduct yourselves in a manner that ELICITS the sympathies of the audience, rather than turning them against you.

The trouble is, that perception is heavily influenced by the editors. Sure, if you have sympathetic editors in the media (as the anti-war protestors did back in the 1960s), the editors can cull out a lot of the things you did to incite a violent reaction from the police/goon squads, and make you look better than you are. In such a world, a Saul Alinsky wannabe can have a field day. But the world’s different now. We now have Al Gore’s Interwebz, and in this environment, the truth inevitably will come out. And then it’s not just you who looks bad, but the editors who selectively shielded their audience from what you did “off-camera.”

Once that happens, the story shifts. It’s then no longer about your cause, but about YOU and your boorish behavior. And with that, your cause goes down the drain, and you with it.

        • S.E. Cole

You don’t sound like a zealot at all … it’s human nature to defend ones core beliefs. It’s what makes the war go round.People often say that Martin Luther King and Gandhi were peaceful yet the power of their message incited riots. People rose up and were willing to die to assure the message of (peace) King’s and Gandhi’s message, was heard. Ironic isn’t it? People have very strong belief systems and one of the most destructive ones is the belief they need a leader and that they must be governed. What they did was a very powerful thing and there wasn’t anything peaceful about it. A calm manner on the outside does not mean a person is at peace on the inside. Gandhi and King were above all else charismatic and strategic leaders appealing to the most powerful of all human natures the desire to be free, to be heard and taken seriously. King and Gandhi stood up to be a voice for the people who had none. King and Gandhi could well afford not to get their hands dirty because they had thousands if not millions willing to do it for them. They were revolutionary and they created chaos. Out of that chaos came many good things and many bad things. People died including King and Gandhi. Obviously given the situation the world is in today one could say they did very little to stop what was and is yet to come. But like you said … at least they died standing up for what they believed in … and that concept is and always will be the ultimate right of all people. And isn’t it a powerful message that the one person who was left to carry on the message of King is a supporter of the occupy movement.http://www.cnn.com/2012/01/24/opinion/jesse-jackson-opinion/index.html … Peace.

        • S.E. Cole

I remember Dave … thank you for your input … some very powerful truth spoken here … Again … I am no fan of the Occupy movement … sure mistakes were made on the scene but … We are missing the point that the eviction was illegal and unconstitutional … that SWAT team should never have been there in the first place.

        • MoneyMike

I think we really need to question whether Ghandi and MLK are the models to be followed in this case. One could argue that independence for India was already in the works due to the decline and natural evolution of mercantilism and the colonialist model. Likewise, it could be argued that racial integration has been more harmful and destructive to black wealth and independence than anything since slavery. Before integration, blacks had their own banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, professional baseball leagues, their own wall street, prominent, strong higher learning institutions. Besides the now federally assisted black universities, where can I now find any of these? One could easily argue that MLK’s version of integration was perfectly aligned with the globalist plan and effectively usurped black wealth and self-sufficiency. MLK may as well have been completely co-opted.

Again, you could say that MLK and Ghandi succeeded as they were already aligned with the globalists vision. I don’t think we are dealing with the same circumstances this time around. Also, every peaceful demonstration will simply be infiltrated and turned violent with operatives who are there just to instigate. Only time will tell, but I think the “civil disobedience” folks will be back to the drawing board very soon once they realize it as an anachronism.

        • DeepSouth Dave

MoneyMike, I agree that MLK and Gandhi were co-opted, if not outright stooges, of a larger conspiracy than the history books tell us. It’s clear they were used to break down the status quo in their respective parts of the world. And if they’d seriously tried to do the same things in, say, the Soviet Union or Red China, they would have almost certainly been summarily executed.

Still, they were effective within their spheres of influence, primarily because they used effective tactics that didn’t undermine their positions in the eyes of the public. A similar contrasting effect is the adage that the real battlefield of the Vietnam War wasn’t the rice paddies of Indochina, but the living rooms of American households, and the main combatant was Walter Cronkite showing America what the Establishment wanted us to see of the war.

That said, I do credit Occupy Denver, Susannah Cole, Pete Santilli, and BeforeItsNews for bringing Saharah Donohue’s story to my attention, and for educating me on MERS. I’m not sure if the story would have gotten my attention if it hadn’t had the sexy display of police heavy-handedness, so in that sense the level of incivility the Occupy people chose to display had a point — but only to a certain extent. And I wonder if the potentially-disastrous risks outweigh the limited educational benefits. I’m just glad no one was shot.

So, my next question is this: How about some of you putting your heads together and setting appointments with local or state officials to educate them on MERS?

And I’m still curious on the particulars of Ms. Donohue’s case. Was she severely in arrears on her mortgage, or just a bit behind, with MERS taking advantage of the situation to seize some valuable real estate? I’m not yet ready to condemn MERS’ actions in this case, though I can see reason for suspicion.

      • S.E. Cole

Martin Luther King and Gandhi were both assassinated for their troubles. No thanks.

When did he tell YOU to grab a gun? Seems to me he’s doing his best to expose the Banksters. What are YOU doing? What exactly, is your problem with PS? I’m not the most religious listeer, but but from what I’ve heard he’s doing what can be done. What are you doing, loudmouth? Pssssh.

        • S.E. Cole

Everybody knows you can’t go full retard … lol … But seriously this is a fair question when you ext the retard stuff. Where’s the militia? I ask that question every day. Then I remember … Thats right … WE ARE THE MILITIA!! Just the fact that Americans showed up to help out another American being attacked by their own Government makes it a Militia …. and that is the real story here … If we all don’t start getting over our left/right paradigm programming and do it soon … We have completely lost any hope of ever being free. And Pete if the Government were to come to my house and do to me what they did to Sahara Donohue I have no doubt about who would be there to protect me.

Am I reading this right? An occupy movement, that generally supports almost all points of communism, has it’s own armed militia? Silly me, I thought the 2nd amendment was only supported by right wing constitutionalist , like myself.
I also, past tense , had great admiration for police and the job they do. I no longer think that “it’s just my job” is a good enough excuse. They know they are enforcing rules that are blatantly unconstitutional. They are now COMPLICIT in the marxist/progressive/communist/ takeover of America. Unfortunately they are now my foe.
Note to officers:Know that a continuation of this kind of behavior will ultimately make you an enemy of the people. You are responsible for your actions. We don’t care about your seniority, your career, your family or your paycheck. DO the right thing. God will provide for you if you do..

        • The Pete Santilli Show

It’s what happens when people pee all over themselves about the title and 30 seconds of reading/watching partial info……if they listen to the interview, they’d realize that “occupy” is irrelevant

        • DeepSouth Dave

I wouldn’t go that far, Pete, as to say Occupy Denver was irrelevant in this story. They SHOULD have been, but they came darn close to overshadowing the real story, which was the lady being evicted from her home. If any of those riot-gear-clad cops had overreacted (and I could see that they were feeling a lot of stress) and injured one of the protestors, her story would have rapidly become irrelevant, replaced by a splashy “police brutality” headline.

Just looking at things from a tactical perspective, there’s a very delicate boundary between drawing attention TO a story via civil disobedience, and drawing attention FROM a story by inciting violence.

Ladies and Gentlemen: Pay no attention to the envious; hateful and incompetent trolls who visit here. Unfortunately, Pete has had to “kick to the curb” several people who infiltrated his online community of listeners, his chat room, etc…..people who were literally stealing his listeners for their own radio show. Pete’s listeners immediately informed him and we were able to quickly extinguish them. These are very malicious, envious, hateful infiltrators who are now following Pete’s every post on B.I.N., YouTube, etc. and leaving troll posts. They serve no other purpose than to relieve themselves of their envy by anonymously spewing hatred in front of Pete’s loyal listeners—— it’s actually the largest audience these people will ever be able to speak to. Please ignore them, as they are the zero integrity “feeders” who Pete speaks of every day on his show. People who don’t like the show simply do not listen, and that’s okay. People with malice take the time out to seek Pete’s posts and leave negative comments intended to reach his loyal listeners; to create a false negative perception through their mind control. Keep your mind free and ignore them. — Thanks, Members of The Production Team for The Pete Santilli Show.

We lost our house too, but we fight for it, and still fighting in the Federal court. We have 5 children, and we dicided to fight for our house, we have proof that fraud was comitted by the US Bank, but all judges in our case are corapted, they flow with the bankers. When we have a last day to move out, we got one more week from court, and judge told us they will notify police. On Sunday morning the black car came to our house, two poliseman came out and start talking on the phones, when I came to them and ask why they are here, they told me to shut up and go inside, and I tell him to call to the judge that we have one more week, he called, and they left. It was scary time for my family. It’s like we were criminals and they were a good guys. we came here long time ago because of freedom, and now it’s gone, and comunism step in, and it’s almost as fashizm – one dectator. I feel sorry for this women and her family.

Google “Deek Jackson” the best one is “Hurricane Flood News” or “Dikileaks” but sad to say the least, so is “Rapist Pedophiles in Power”. My heart goes out to you Sahara. I have had the police at my door nearly every week for the past year to two to three years. Not one single neighbor or policeman or politician has answered any of my emails or calls. The police come in two’s and three’s and even four’s. Sometimes once a month sometimes twice a week sent by politicians. These are the queen’s cowboys. Royal retards committed to backing the federal reserve. Sad to say you are owned Sahara, lock stock and barrel. Sometimes people find out too late.

Beware of those who come to warm their feet by the fire of burning bodies, while pounding their chests about the injustice of it all in order to hold themselves out to be a champion of virtue.

Follow not those who spew negativity…Instead follow those who seek positive initiatives aimed at changing the mindset of the masses.

The loud and aggressive confrontational approach to problems plays directly into the hands of those who seek to control our minds by bombarding society with negativity, violence, and divisive influences through the mass media of television, the internet, video games, and all forms of advertizing.

For the most part, the talking heads of all media who use this approach do so with full knowledge of the fear and negativity they are spreading…and are either part of the control matrix of have such massive ego’s they can’t see beyond the vapor they emit when they rail, rant, and rave.

Either way they are part of the problem.

national law (2003) passed by the US Supreme Court stating that TV News Stations were not required to tell the public the truth, that TV News Stations can make up the ‘News’ anyway they see fit!
        Research it…..

Cap you are so darn smart it’s scary … I mean really … how did you rise above being negative about everything, well everything except Pete Santilli? You’ve got a real negative name there that doesn’t match your gay pic but I guess I can forgive a slight imperfection from someone who obviously has the inside info on the minds of men. I’d like to know how many dead bodies you warmed your feet by to obtain all this poetic wisdom. I am eager to hear all about your positive initiative and your plan to save us all from the negative mindset of the masses. It must be lonely up there at the top looking down on all of us stupid people.

    • MoneyMike

It won’t stop with swat team foreclosures. Soon the debtors prisons will be in full swing as well and poor women like this will be making furniture for 50 cents an hour after getting evicted. We will barely recognize this country in a few years.

      • Anonymous

That’s right, debtors prison for those that earned the money in the first place.
It’s obvious now that the taxes will go up until they take everything
redistribute it among themselves and enslave us to work the land that we once owned.
there will be exemptions for cops and other useless tax suckers -
until they aren’t needed any more – idiots!

    • Meandean222

Those cops are stupid as hell if they think their going to continue being paid at such absorbent rates as they are now after they have finished dismantling this nation. They will be just as poor as their victims are now and in short order. Look around idiots that’s the way it has always worked all over the world!

Sorry, but can somebody answer me a simple question. Who was in breach of the loan contract, the bank or the resident?

If I stop paying my house note or apartment rent, they kick my ass out, and they have that Right because I don’t own the property. The bank or property manager does. So what makes this any different?

It’s clear that you are only here to troll, not to offer any pearls of wisdom.

So if you could kindly shut up thanks, that would be greatly appreciated.

        • Cap-Z-ro

Well, evidently one thing is not clear, and that is your thought process.

    • brokeyland

this could be lies, I don’t believe anything that occupy does at face value… There is always another story, they are WORSE than the MSM

    • Grizzom

I told you the truth community was going to expose you Pete. We know BS when we hear it. We laugh at you and your bimbo cohost.

      • LizIncarnate

You don’t represent the truth community any more than I represent Barack Obama. And being a woman, I find your sexist comments towards Sussanah to be rather offensive. From everything I’ve seen written here, Susannah is a very articulate and intelligent woman who does every female on earth proud.
        Shame on you!

        • Cap-Z-ro

” And being a woman, I find your sexist comments towards Sussanah to be rather offensive. ”

So according to your brilliant sense of logic, I guess Sussanah’s gay slurs are not offensive to the parents of all the gay children who as we speak are committing suicide as a direct result of those insensitive slurs ?

” From everything I’ve seen written here, Susannah is a very articulate and intelligent woman who does every female on earth proud. ”

Oh yeah, very articulate…especially when tossing in words like “retard”…and I’m sure that every female with a Downs Syndrome child feel that same sense of pride in Susannah.

Further evidence of the low brow crowd which Santilli appeals to.

    • brokeyland

The occupy movement is a fraud funded by George Soros

Unfortunately banks are in the business to make money. The banks see her as a statistic and not a person. They followed the proper state and Federal guidelines for eviction. Technically and in the eyes of the law this woman was trespassing because she wouldn’t leave. When the crowd of people blocked the way they were violatiing the law. The sheriff had no choice but to send in the deputies. The deputies had no idea what they would encounter therefore they came prepared. I would say that they deputies and sheriff acted within the law. Unfortunately this is what has happened to our country and the world. Money is more important than human diginity and life.

I said in another post that this is what O-DAMN-YOU really wants. An armed takeover of every phase of any FREEDOM LOVING AMERICAN. Some wrote in and said that armed troops would never fire on an American. WHAT O-DAMN-YOU PROTECTED ROCK ARE YOU LIVING UNDER. MOST LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS NOW ARE BLACK AND WILL DO WHAT THE BLACK IN THE WHITE HOUSE SAYS. I know longer have any faith in the RULE OF LAW in this country. When Eric Holder will dismiss charges against BLACK PANTHER POLE THUGS, WHAT MAKES ANYONE THINK THEY ARE SAFE FROM ARMED TROOP, EITHER LOCAL OR FEDERAL!!!

    • manufactured2012

      @ DeepSouth Dave

Indeed community love other than the Barrel of a weapon was lacking as it so often is. People have forgotten how to band together and look after one another without a barrel of a weapon. Weapons do not equal brains. When your starving you cannot survive on lead. ….
      ….
On the other hand, Gov’t, corporate love and empathy only exist for the camera’s.

NEVER LEAVE TO OTHERS WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR YOURSELVES.

    • The Pete Santilli Show

Nice…it has come to my attention that former law enforcement flunkee @IAMYURGOD has logged in to this thread on on every negative comment here. Funny, but true. This guys has lost it; to the point where he has even participated in conversations with himself. IT KILLS HIM THAT HE HAS BEEN BANNED FROM OUR SHOW — OF THE VERY MALICIOUS CONDUCT HE IS EXHIBITING HERE. Nice….cracks me up actually, but also saddens me that my loyal & intelligent listeners have to be subjected to the garbage. Sorry folks. Please meander past him.

Sate Law does not trump the U.S. Constitution.
The officer has his priorities all screwed up!

What if a teenager pulls a gun on a cop because a friend told him to defend himself if anyone bullies him? What authority is higher, that he should listen to the friend other the cop? See? It’s the same thing. The U.S. CONSTITUTION is a higher authority than state law, IMO.
