A top State Department official apparently met with a top representative of the North Korean government in New York in March, just before North Korea began its latest string of provocative statements and actions—according to The Cable.
Clifford Hart, the State Department’s special envoy to the now-defunct six-party talks, met North Korea’s deputy ambassador to the United Nations Han Song-ryol in mid-March. 2012: Secret Talks Between U.S. and North Korea
It has emerged that senior U.S. administration officials held secret talks in North Korea on at least three occasions in 2011 and 2012, according to The Asahi Shimbun.
Although the visits had potential implications for Japan, Washington did not inform its security partner at the time and only informally confirmed one of them when the Japanese side pressed, government and other sources in Japan, South Korea and the United States said.
The U.S. State Department even warned the Foreign Ministry against making further inquiries, saying they would harm bilateral relations, the sources said.

U.S. military planes flew from an air base in Guam to Pyongyang and back on April 7, 2012, and again on a longer visit lasting from Aug. 18-20, the sources said. They met with North Korean officials and discussed policies following the death of leader Kim Jong Il in December 2011.

The Obama administration is probably meeting with N.Korean leaders to get pointers on how to enslave the American people. They’ve already pretty successful with black Americans, Hispanics, and a lot of cool-aid drinkers – most of these people will murder for Obama. It’s the rest of us they need to enslave.

I think the USA wants Korea so they will be on two sides of China with Japan and other areas they control. USA owes to much to China that they do not want to pay so they will be able to threaten them if China insists on payments, will have to give more credit to USA or go to war. If I where China I would take North Korea before USA does to protect there country.
