DEMS: Nervous Over Obama Eligibility Case Before Judge Roy Moore
The Democratic Party has jumped into a Barack Obama eligibility case before Judge Roy Moore’s Alabama Supreme Court, filing an uninvited brief that even quotes late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel in an effort to see the case dismissed.
As WND reported, 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish have filed a case seeking to force Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify that all candidates on the state’s 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.
The case, dismissed at a lower level, is now being appealed to the Alabama Supreme Court, where Roy Moore was elected chief justice last November. The case becomes all the more intriguing because Moore is on record questioning Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.
Speculation abounds online that Alabama Democrats have jumped into the case out of concern Moore may not be so quick as other judges to dismiss challenges to Obama’s eligibility.

If America does not have a judiciary which is legitimate and impartial, America is finished. How anyone looking at the all the evidence of fraud, document tampering, and out and out lies could rule that the case has no merit, is incredibly corrupt.

Ever read Thirty facts about America the Land of the Fre you should know? There are no judicial courts in the USA only administrative. This is due to congress determining that each State border actually constitutes a waterway, so that Maritime/Admiralty, the law of the high seas, commerce law, could be fraudulently, and intentionally misused, to enslave the entire population, through the utilization of legally binding contracts, that are not legal contracts, nor are they binding, and since they were written in a deliberately vague or deceptive fashion with the intent to deceive and/or defraud, they are null void and unenforceable.
For many valid reasons, this plane or realm could literally be referred to as a Matrix akin to the movie, just about everything “they” say, is most probably the exact opposite of factual reality, if indeed such a thing as that even exists somewhere…

I, and I believe, many others would vote for Judge Roy Moore in a New York minute! Personally I put in a lot of prayer that he would be nominated to run the last two times. But I had the good sense to know that the only way he would do so was if the Lord God impressed it upon him. I for one believe him to be the man he claims. I know he would not make a serious move without first going to the Lord in prayer and if he was in the oval office he would do the same thing!
At least the USA’s true and honest believers would know “without a doubt” that whatever direction Roy Moore would take as President, it would be the direction the Lord God directed him. Then if we had it bad at least we would know that we had it coming to us!
During the past four plus years I have watched so much of the good that I have seen worked for – for the last 75 years, go down the drain and the hard work other generations had put their heart, soul and sweat into turning this country around as much as they possibly could and to the best of their ability, just be erased from view.
I am white and I have many friends that aren’t. I have never had a problem with the “good” people and always had a problem with the “bad” regardless of their race or nationality. It has never been what is on the outside but only what is inside a person, in their heart that has counted to the marjority of us Americans!

I can only pray that the truth behind this so-called president comes forward, however embarrassing it may be for this country in the eyes of other countries. The law says: ”When one parent was a U.S. citizen and the other a foreign national, the U.S. citizen parent must have resided in the U.S. for a total of 10 years prior to birth of the child with FIVE of the years after the age of 14.” Stanley Ann Dunham did not meet requisite status. So you see that even if he was born in the U.S.,and that is highly unlikely, he was never eligible. There is nothing good about breaking the law. It has nothing to do with the color of his skin. It does have everything to do with justice. The other charges would put him in prison for life.
They should be more than nervous, considering how many of them have participated in one of the largest cases of fraud and treason this planet has ever seen. Obama didn’t cover his trail all by his self, and everyone involved should be held accountable for treason among a multitude of other crimes they are responsible for. As large as the house of cards they have constructed and the sheer amount of powerful people involved it’s still highly unlikely that anyone will be held accountable in the end. I think we’ll see more than just some political maneuvering to avoid prosecution by dragging out the proceedings, I expect to see a major event such as another false flag, created with the intent of diverting all attention away from the prosecution and investigation of this administration and whether or not that happens should these people just make it to the next election they will likely be pardoned and we will never hear another word of it.
