I retract, I didn’t know that part of the story. Men who beat women are scum.
It’s a domestic violence report. That is probable cause. Whether it’s true or not has to be investigated. When dumbass doesn’t want to talk to the Officer, he has to assume the reason is he has 3 filipino house slaves tied up in the basement.
This guy is an idiot. You don’t need a warrant when domestic abuse(toward anyone) is reported. Did you fkers miss that whole Cleveland thing?
There are millions of people arrested due to false allegations of domestic violence every year.
All someone has to do is pick up the phone and call the cops and say ” I FEEL threatened by my spouse.
The keyword being FEEL.
No actual violence.
No threat of violence.
Just the simple statement of ” I feel threatened is enough to land you in jail, or in this case tasered and arrested”.
Who passed this law that someone can be arrested because another person FELT threatened?

So your answer to having your rights and freedom taken is because the officer thought so. I think the cops should have been shot. But that was California and they are a sanction state that cares nothing of our laws. California is a nazi state that does not allow fire arm freedoms as well. I guess so they can kick doors down and taze women and innocents. They looked through the window and had confirmation of all occupants. If that gun was drawn and pointed at citizens that were offering no combative attitude then the cops should have been shot. If a cop ever points a gun in my direction I will exit the scene. I will arm myself. I will defend myself. The cop is part of a private fraternity that runs our land in the name of our oppressive government. Their are ways to know out cameras and communication. Leaving the cop unable to communicate with his other gang members. Shoot them and they will not think they can harm us in the future. We fear a government of gangs. You hide from cameras. You are not showing honor.
The cops showed up looking to investigate a report of domestic violence. Might as well just let them inside and demonstrate that everyone inside and outside the house is unharmed and safe, at which point the majority of cops would just leave.
Instead, this guy yells about a police state, martial law, and is holding a camera up filiming them. There is a time to fight, and there is also a time to use logic and reason and do whatever you have to do to get the cops to move onto their next call. Right?
They wonder why people are seeing cops as just men in costums, well its because they dont obay the laws which makes them clowns with guns.There was a cop that was put on trial and on the stand he states that when in uniform he feels like god.No such thing as a good cop,st trooper,dhs,ice, fbi,cia. ALL BAD PEOPLE
They not only don’t obey the law, they have no idea what the “law” is…. and if my research is correct they actually have no authority to arrest or imprison anyone. They are intact private contractors.
Here’s the thing…. This comes from a relative of mine who happens to be a city police officer…
A city police officer DOES NOT work for the residents of the city, they work for the city itself, the corporation known as The City Of Cotati (in this case). They do what they city tells them to do and they do what the city allows them to do. They also believe that EVERYONE in the city is subject to comply with police orders. The reason being; if you are within city limits then you are technically on city property….
Property rights in the United States has changed. Even if you possess the title to your home and land you are still nothing more than a tenant in the eyes of the law.
And remember, the Supreme Court has ruled that citizens DO NOT have the right to police protection…
So if the police are not protecting the citizens, or residents of the city, who is it they are protecting?
The answer is simple really, they are protecting the City….
Remember, they work for the city and they do not have to protect you or your rights….
People, you do live in a police state. The laws have all changed to work against you. You either need to smarten up and take control of the laws or learn to live like a slave….
