The video shows four women kneeling in a field, with their hands tied behind their backs. Three of them have bare torso. They are surrounded by 13 masked men, apparently Los Zetas hitmen, who are pointing at them with rifles.

One of the men questioned a women about her ties to the Gulf Cartel (CDG). The women replied that her brother is with the Gulf Cartel.

After a few minutes, four men suddenly attacked the women, cutting their throats. Once the women fall to the ground, the attackers decapitated them.
