Oh, boy….
First of all, that TV show is deader than dog dirt, and has been for a very, very long time. Ask any kid who “He-Man” was and they’ll look at you like you’re an alien.
Secondly, if you want to see evil in something-anything-you can. Back when I was a kid, all heavy metal was considered “Satanic.” I finally took some lyrics from one of my favorite bands and passed them around to some of the teachers in my school (who were adamantly against heavy metal). I asked if they liked my song lyrics. They went bonkers over how “educated” and “literary” they were. The lyrics were from Iron Maiden, Kiss, and other “evil” heavy metal bands. My teachers were NOT happy to find out that’s what we were listening to-heaven forbid the kiddies hear songs about “The Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner,” or Arthurian legend.
My point is that you have plenty of REAL evil to deal with. Deal with it first, and then you can rant about TV shows and heavy metal all you want.
