the physical manifestation of a small clear plastic box that contained nothing

that clear plastic cigarette case there. Imagine it without the ‘dunhill’ logo. So just a clear plastic case. Something that could hold a cassette tape, but didn’t swing open like normal tape cassette cases, but had a hinged flap at the top. Like a pack of cigarettes.

What’s that gotta do with anything? And no, I don’t smoke.

Well, I was ‘meditating’ last night. On my back, on top of the quilt, on the bed. Before my normal sleeping time. I had no book to read, so I was just relaxing. No particular astral trip or narrative agenda in mind. Just zoning out… maybe I fell asleep. I’ll freely admit that … maybe I dozed off.

But I WOKE UP, suddenly, as if from a dream.

As if someone IN THE DREAM had pushed that clear plastic box out to me.
As if the cigarette case had MANIFESTED into my hand such that I woke up in the bed on my back meditating with my left hand in the air out in front of me, in the shape of a claw, holding this clear plastic case that contained nothing in a vertical position.
As if that clear plastic box had broken (or been pushed) through some ‘dream/meditation barrier’ and made itself real in my grasp (for whatever fraction of a second) to my waking consciousness.

It was there, in my hand. Real. Of course, once I realised I was awake IN THIS WORLD, there was ‘no case’, there was nothing (not even an empty clear plastic box) in my hand. It had dissolved, or erased itself from my senses. This post is merely to RECORD that such a contact was made, as it was such a clear and manifest image, the clear plastic box. In case ‘someone’ placed it there. This is merely an account of THE SPECIFICS, for later reference.
