Cop Kills Unarmed Homeless Man For Insulting Her
Santa Ana police officer shoots and kills an unarmed homeless man for calling her a ‘bitch’.
The footage was recorded by a witness who was standing in the parking lot of the Harbor Place Shopping Center in Santa Ana last Tuesday afternoon. Kevin Arellano was situated inside the nearby La Tropicana juice shop when police arrived to check on reports of criminal activity.
The female officer exited her patrol car and ordered Arellano to get down on the ground. When he failed to respond, she ordered him to do so again before Arellano exited the shop and stated, “What are you gonna do, bitch?”
One second later, the officer shot the unarmed man in the chest. The grainy video shows Arellano collapsing to the ground.
