FL Cop Tazes Running, Handcuffed Girl: She's Now Brain Dead "They Taze White Folk, Too" video and pictures
Lethal, deadly force applied to a handcuffed girl? She’s brain dead and police authorities say the cop was justified. And some folk are waving Florida’s race card: “they taze white folk too.”
A Florida police officer, 267-pound Trooper Daniel Cole, was recently cleared of any wrongdoing by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Questions were raised when he tasered a 20 year old handcuffed girl in the back as she fled. The tasering was caught on video showing officer Cole firing the taser at the handcuffed Danielle Maudsley. Maudsley was a mere 100 pound, while Cole outweighed her at two and a half times her weight. She was clearly no threat to him, unless he expected to die from exhaustion chasing her a few yards.
The encounter took place last September at the FHP Pinellas Park Substation. As Maudsley fled, the tasering prevented her from catching herself as her muscles involuntarily seized up. As a result, she fell to the concrete, and bashed her head. She suffered severe brain damage and has been in a persistent vegetative state ever since.
The video below shows Maudsley fleeing a back door of the substation with officer Cole following closely behind, with absolutely no need to taser her. It is clear that he only did this to inflict physical punishment on the small 20 year old.
Maudsley was initially arrested for her alleged involvement in two hit-and-run crashes and driving without a license.
Officer Cole brought her to the substation to complete his paperwork before taking her to the Pinellas County Jail. But as she entered the parking lot, she tried to make a run for it. MOREHERE

I was thinking the same. I believe in eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth, hand for hand and foot for foot. May God burn these generation of vipers with His fire and grind their bones to dust.
I would be ashamed to call myself a man if I were this cop. He could have easily reached out and grabbed her. there was no need to use any other force on a 100lb Girl that was handcuffed. He should have had no problem catching her as he is a man, and she was a girl handcuffed. This cop and any cop or any supervisor that would stand behind his actions, is a coward, a soul less human, and a disgrace to mankind. I can only hope that one day this fat piece of human poop finds himself on the receiving end of real justice. Perhaps a friend or family member will have the guts and balls to do what is right. You must seek justice for this girl as she was not a convict running, she was a suspect. this was an outright assault against a defenseless person. My thoughts and prayers go out to this girl, her family and friends. I would say may the Lord have mercy on this cops soul, but he is not a believer, nor does he have a soul.
The system we live in is makes me sick to my stomach. With the amount of deaths that happen from cops using a weapon that shoots this much electricity into someone and in every case the officer is cleared of any wrong doing. Its clear that there standard operating procedure is to us this method as a go to technique, when it should be one of the last things they use. As sickening as this is the case of the cop tasing a 8 yr old girl that was holding a knife is worse. yet the police chief actually commended the cop and said he saved her life. She is lucky to be alive bc of his action and the chief is saying this guy is a hero for saving the girl. We live in a ass backwards country that needs to be taken back from these psychopaths
