United States Army Ordered To Seize Apache Attack Helicopters From National Guard - ASAP (Video) False Flag?

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

By Josey Wales

America’s National Guard is following a direct order — but it does not seem very happy about it. All of the National Guard’s AH-64 Apache helicopters are scheduled to go to the active Army, and there’s nothing its top brass can do about it.

“None of us like what we’re having to do,” National Guard Chief Gen. Frank Grass told members of the Senate Armed Services Committee on Tuesday, the military website Defense One reported. “My big concern right now is figuring out how I’m going to move, and how many states I’m going to have an impact on, and what’s the cost of facilities and to retrain pilots. I’ve got to tackle that because the decision’s been made.”

Disguised as budget cuts, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno told members of Congress on Tuesday that the move will save $12 billion through fiscal year 2017, Defense One reported.

I’ve been think about this article for a few hours, and decided to say what I have been thinking….

IF the Military takes all of the Apache’s away from the States National Guards, than the Feds will not have to worry about any of those attack choppers getting into the hands of any Guardsman, or trained Vet and use them against the regular military or any of their mercenaries… If they are stationed at National Guard airfields it would be much easier for the guardsmen to HELP Vets that have been trained to fly them get to them and take off with the choppers.. It would also be much easier for guardsmen themselves… To take them and relocate them into secret concealed places to fight the feds and the men that will fire on Americans… That is one reason I can see the Feds confiscation of these fighting platforms…. ALSO, the Guard technically belongs to the States they are signed up in… If those Apache’s are removed, they will not be able to be used to protect their State and the people in their State… I think we all know this Government has no loyalty to the men in the service or to the people of this country, so don’t be surprised if these thoughts of mine may be at least in part correct….

      • Rexd63

I can’t think of any other reason either. My advice is to start preparing for hostile acts by this govt against the people of this country. Better safe than sorry

      • docadams

That was the first thing that popped into my head as well. We must be getting close.

        • docadams

After thought: I wonder if they’re going to relocate the Apache’s to Europe or sell them to our NATO allies?

      • CatHunter

I think you are exactly correct. The Feds are now worried about the combat capability in the hands of a State National Guard even though it is essentially fully federalized. The rub is that a good portion of the Guard’s budget comes from the State itself. The States’ response should be to de-funding the Guard units in their own state budgets and set up their own State Militia units with combat capability under the control of the governors’ and the Sheriffs.

As an American citizen you should only join the armed forces for ONE purpose: to act as an insider to thwart the Federal/NWO agenda and turn on it when the time comes (and it’s coming soon). Being a member of the Armed Forces of the United States is, and has been for some time completely unrelated to defending the Constitution and the American people: it is strictly about fighting for the NWO/bankers and their agenda.

      • I AINT HAVE A BIRTH CERTIFICATE - FOOLD YA ALL

Americans fighting Americans – this is cool man! They will kill each other and nobody will be left.

      • Hannon

This chopper is way to high maintenance for a resistance force, it requires a very long undisrupted supply chain of parts and fuel, ground crews and technicians. They would only be good for a one day stand off, then they’d be useless. Plus in a war against people as a opposed to a war against another military, an attack helicopter has no advantages over any other helicopter. It seems to me, that they are chipping away at the military, letting their equipment and men wear out, as they build up DHS and shift military functions to mercs, so the real question might be, who gets these when big Army has a surplus? Do they get retagged with DHS labels, auctioned at rock bottom prices to the mercs? Or are they effin crazy enough to start a war with Russia, and that’s where they’re going?

    • IndredCold

The national guard is the army reserves…. Its not like a militia group. They are only relocating resources… The national guard started out as a militia group but was quickly absorbed into regular military with nothing to do with state defense…. I am sure there are plenty of citizens that can attest to their sons being shipped off to Iraq and Afghanistan… Last I heard those were not American states…. The national Guard is not a state militia group to protect states or its people.
Militia groups are not nuts and crazies trying to take over the government or you would see far more shootings of politicians…..Matter of fact when is the last time you have seen any type of attack on a politician or a government official? It always on civilians .. This is how you know they are “in house ” attacks to promote an agenda… In any military objective you attack military leaders and military targets …Not civilians….

      • pissed off

The National Guard is not part of regular military nor the reserves. Mr IndredCold is wrong on this account. The only one who can order the National Guard Deployed is the governor of the state that that guard unit is from. The president can request the national guard but the governor can refuse to allow them to be deployed as federal troops. They belong to the state. This is a ploy by the federal government to disarm the states and further centralize control over the country. We live in a constitutional republic that is what this countries founders set up. A loose collection of independent states but with a simple national constitution for all states to follow. States rights is at the heart of this issue and liberty is at stake for all Americans. This is a republic the only reason the federal government exist is to help with national defense settle disputes between states and protect INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS period. The constitution is the law of the land not Obama’s lawless executive orders.

        • Just me

Wrong – Reagan signed ordes to Feeraliz te National Guard years ago. It is under the complete control of the US armed services. Yes a governor has a right to deny but the Feds have the right to over ride.

      • Josey Wales

Tell that to the wedding parties that Obama has wiped off the face of the earth with his new toys, DRONES!

      • docadams

        Inredcold,

There is so much misinformation in your post I don’t know where to start, so lets start at the beginning:

        1. The National Guard is NOT part of the regular Army or Army Reserves. The National Guard is directed by the Governor of each State, however the President can request National Guard troops be temporarily place under POTUS’ command and control. If the President directly controlled the National Guard, it would violate Posse Comitatus.

        2. Gabby Gifford was the last political target that was attacked. The idiot was a liberal nut job pissed off that Gabby wasn’t liberal enough.

        3. Military leaders have and will order attacks on civilian targets as ordered to do so by the Commander-in-Chief. We dropped two nuclear bombs on completely civilian targets to pressure the Emperor of Japan to surrender.

        • ThatsIt!!!

          well said!

        • Just me

The national guard was federalized by Reagan – the president can call them to duty at any time. Look it up it is common knowlege – even in Wikpedia

        • docadams

@ just me: As copied from Wikipedia

          Organization
The National Guard of the several states, territories, and the District of Columbia serves as part of the first-line of defense for the United States.[6] The state National Guard is organized into units stationed in each of the 50 states and US territories, and operates under their respective state governor or territorial adjutant general.[7] The National Guard may be called up for active duty by state governors or territorial adjutants general to help respond to domestic emergencies and disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes.[7]

The National Guard is administered by the National Guard Bureau, which is a joint activity under the DoD.[8][9][10] The National Guard Bureau provides a communication channel for state National Guards to the DoD.[11] The National Guard Bureau also provides policies and requirements for training and funds for state Army National Guard and state Air National Guard units,[12] the allocation of federal funds to the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard,[12] as well as other administrative responsibilities prescribed under 10 U.S.C. § 10503. The National Guard Bureau is headed by the Chief of the National Guard Bureau (CNGB), who is a four-star general[8][9] in the Army or Air Force and is a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

A President must Federalize the National Guard in order to command the National Guard. Nothing in the definition stated that the National Guard is continuously controlled by the President.

      • Saber

I don’t know where you’ve been, but its been made very clear by our loving Government that they have NO COMPUNCTIONS about killing innocent civilians.

      • Arte Vespule

That’s all true. But the National Guard of a state is under the command of the Governor of that state, not the President. Yes the Army can order the Guard to go to say Iraq or somewhere, and they have done that. But technically speaking doing so is illegal. If you research it you will see this is true…

Getting ready for the official “reconstitution” of the states into ten regions? Notice a lot of “inter-agency” activity of late? Operation “Capstone 2014″ began 3/27/2014 didn’t it? There are some “exercises” associated with this operation. They are:

•Alaska Shield: FEMA and state emergency management agencies, including Alaska, will commemorate the anniversary of the 1964 9.2 magnitude Great Alaskan Earthquake, with an exercise that tests response and mass casualty care.

•Ardent Sentry 14: In conjunction with Alaska Shield and other exercises during the period, the Department of Defense will exercise its Defense Support to Civilian Authorities’ mission.

•Nuclear Weapon Accident/Incident Exercise: The Department of Energy will participate in the exercise with a scenario that tests response and recovery following an accident during secure transport convoy of nuclear weapons.

•Eagle Horizon 2014: During this exercise, many federal departments and agencies will activate their continuity of operations and reconstitution planning to test their continuity plans and ensure that primary mission essential functions can take place from alternate facilities.

•Silver Phoenix 2014: This exercise explores challenges associated with examining, prioritizing, and conducting recovery activities involving multiple geographically-dispersed and competing events using the National Disaster Recovery Framework.

Just tellin’ it like it is, that’s all.

Update: FEMA: Capstone 2014 National Exercise Begins
        Main Content
        Release date:
        March 27, 2014
        Release Number:
        HQ-14-020
WASHINGTON – Today, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency and its partners begin the Capstone 2014 national exercise to test, assess and improve the nation’s preparedness and resilience from catastrophic disasters.
The Capstone 2014 exercise examines the core capabilities described in the National Preparedness Goal. This multi-event design recognizes the need for comprehensive all-hazards planning and the complexity to ensure exercise objectives are met. Capstone 2014 is a complex emergency preparedness exercise comprised of five distinct, but linked, component events. This year’s exercise components include Alaska Shield, Ardent Sentry 14, Nuclear Weapon Accident/Incident Exercise, Eagle Horizon, and Silver Phoenix.

“In order to be ready for disasters, as a nation, we have to practice how we would respond,” FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate said. “In Capstone 2014, FEMA joins state, tribal and local government, along with our partners in the non-profit, faith-based and private sectors to test and assess our joint preparedness for a disaster. Preparedness is a team effort, and every family and business can take steps to be ready for disasters by learning your risks, making a plan, and having a kit. Visit http://www.ready.gov to learn easy steps on how to prepare and take action.”

By congressional mandate, these exercises—formerly known as National Level Exercises and the Top Officials exercises— represent the culmination of a two-year cycle and are designed to educate and prepare participants for potential catastrophic events. These exercises are facilitated by FEMA’s National Exercise Division.

The exercise is national in scope with the goal of fostering coordination and building relationships prior to an incident occurring. Each exercise cycle varies from drills to functional assessments, and it challenges participants from all levels of government, non-governmental and private sector organizations and other organizations representing the whole community.

Various aspects of local, state, federal, non-governmental, private sector and other whole community organizations will be tested by the exercise, including the emergency response to mass casualties from the earthquake, resulting infrastructure, communication and coordination challenges and the tangential element of hazardous materials spills.

Among the exercises and participants are the following:
Alaska Shield: FEMA and state emergency management agencies, including Alaska, will commemorate the anniversary of the 1964 9.2 magnitude Great Alaskan Earthquake, with an exercise that tests response and mass casualty care.

I totally agree with Anonymous as the Feds have been gutting the NG for some time – like in the 1990s when the Pattons were replaced with Abrams, usually fewer tanks and the Abrams they did receive were mostly not battle ready if they had motors at all.

The Apache is truly “death from above” and could go a long way in defending the Citizens should the Federal Government go rogue (or, further so as it seems we are on that path).

We can send billions of dollars to Countries that hate US, billions more to prop up NATO and the UN, and send a free-of-charge MRAP to every County in the US, but we have to strip the NG of Apaches? Smells to high heaven and possibly a warning sign of the coming financial collapse.

      • Anonymous

NATO is a “military alliance”. The militaries of the 28 nations of NATO, headed by the Pentagon and the DoD, are the real power behind the scenes, NOT the president, nor the VP, nor the Congress. They do what they are told to do, or else!

        • War Pony

I agree that the US Government is not the power behind the scenes, although the US is the major supplier of blood and treasure for NATO ops – all for the benefit of the puppet master (banster elite and euro-oligarch trash). The square mile known as “The City of London” comes to mind.

Anonymous. You are thinking about what 99% of anyone else would think after reading this article. You are, more than likely correct. See I employ the “average Joe” scenario to many things that I think about. Being just an average Joe myself, if I have been thinking something over and then believe something, one way or the other I must contend that a whole lot of other average Joe’s have been doing the same thing, and thus came to the same conclusion. I must say that usually, whatever the situation is, I “the average Joe” am usually correct. So I would have to reiterate that the seizing of the helicopters is not a cost cutting measure as stated but rather the partial defanging of future enemy.
But wait, I the average Joe” has thought of something else. The feds may now possess the dangerous Apache helicopters but they are still going to have to order their troops to use them on against their brothers, sisters, sons & daughters “Literally”. So how have they factored in the “Blood is thicker than the uniform” problem? This is much, much different than the Civil war. Ahh, they could bring in foreign troops from other countries who have been itching forever to fricassee a few stupid fat lazy Americans (truth be known, some certainly deserve it) but that raises another issue. If that happens how will the American men and women in uniform handle that? Answer. Not very well. So all the FEMA camps may not be for the average American with his AR15 or AK47. They may very well be a place to stick our men and women in uniform while Hans, Poo-Sahn & Ivan do the job that most Americans just won’t do.

    • Betsy.B.Scott

Ladies and gentlemen the National Guard is funded by the states they are in not the federal government therefore they can’t seize any of their equipment.

      • Sic Semper Tyrannis

The National Guards were created by the intentionally mistitled “Militia Act” of 1905, which gave the federal government the ability to federalize any National Guard unit at any time the President deemed it to be necessary. This is what happened with Governor George Wallace in Alabama. The federal government under JFK federalized the Alabama National Guard to counter Wallace’s State Troopers. You’re right to a certain degree. Expenses are shared somewhat between the federal and State governments, but the National Guards are NOT TRULY INDEPENDENT STATE MILITIAS which were what the Founding Fathers definitely had in mind when they wrote the US Constitution. The Founding Fathers completely distrusted a standing federal Army, and in fact designated in the US Constitution that a standing federal Army was not to be convened for longer than ONE YEAR except in times of war. As you can see, the federal government didn’t give a damn about that constraint on their power.

I was thinking the same thing as Anonymous. The only reason for this is to remove any hope of air superiority from the hands of the local states and place it strictly in the hands of the FED (yes the private FED Reserve as they are the ones that control the government now). You may soon see this tactic happen with tanks, and any other military style vehicles and artillery.

    • Sic Semper Tyrannis

It is believed that we have 22 actual State Militias in this country who are not subject to being federalized like National Guard units are at any moment. All Governors and State Legislatures should respond to this egregious federal power grab by immediately passing laws for starting their State Militias which NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISBANDED IN THE FIRST PLACE if they haven’t done so already and immediately pouring vast amounts of State funds into building up these State Militias to be able to fight against the US Army, Marines, Air Force, and Navy, if push comes to shove. If they had been following the US Constitution all along, they never, in their right minds, would have ever abandoned the STATE MILITIAS in the first place. This was how the Founding Fathers envisioned protecting the country. That’s why they stated in the US Constitution that we weren’t supposed to have a “standing Army” for more than a year at a time except in war times obviously. Yet, to this day, this mandate in the US Constitution has been violated for as long as I can remember.

    • LAYNALAND

I am just a little woman, but, I had the same thought when I first saw this article yesterday.
No, FRank, you don’t have to take orders from that army – if you have a suspicion, sir, that it is for nefarious purposes, to be used against the american people, then, tell them they can go suck rocks somewhere, you’re standing down.

Not a false flag, a declaration of war against the people.

The National Guard is suppose to protect us.

      No weapons, no defense.

      Straight out war.

    • Dr. John

      Nothing new under the sun.
They keep us in a perpetual state of war. They spread our troops all over the world. They make sure that we have as few troops as possible here in the states. They make sure that the word “Militia” is taught to be a bad word. They work tirelessly to restrict or take away our Right to defend ourselves, our Families, our Home States and our Nation. They are also completely ignoring the First Amendment and they are taking away the protections of the other eight Articles of the Bill of Rights. All while expanding the scope and power of the federal government.
      WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG???

    • JCProphet

Sounds like the feds are prepping to allow a foreign power to wage war against the US People in the name of dominance. Recent wars and conflicts waged have been the doing of the Rothchild Family. This is TRUTH. When you have an extreme debt as the US Government you have to pay up some how, some way. This looks to be the way they’re going to do it. First they control supply lines, and communication, then they spread misinformation, then they disarm and take over. Be ready Americans, this is as real as it gets. Please, Please wake up for the sake of all our well beings. We do not live to be slaves of any system.
