On the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, 1,000 head of paper buffalo are relentless in their march to the proposed Stronghold Grazing Unit on the proposed Tribal National Park. The Tribal National Park would be created from the 133,000-acre South Unit and include some land that is currently being leased by both native and non-native ranchers in the area. It would be the nation’s first Tribal National Park, and would require Congressional action to authorize. The idea is supported by the tribal council of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, including President Bryan Brewer, and the National Park Service. Earlier this year a group of the affected ranchers filed an injunction in tribal court against Ordinance 13-21, which would create the Stronghold Grazing Unit and strip them of their leases in 2015. At the hearing on the injunction there were no tribal government members or lawyers present, despite the fact that they were subpoenaed. Bud May ranches with his family near Kyle, S.D. Some of the May family’s leased ground falls in the proposed Stronghold Unit, although Bud is quick to point out that other families are more affected. “But any time the Tribal Park issue comes up, I drop everything. This is more important. We have to stop this,” May said. Bud May is a 29 year old cattle rancher/teacher with a Masters in Athletic Administration. he has been involved in this battle against corrupt tribal politics and the federal government for the last 8 months. He has always considered trying his hand at the political scene for some time and he considers himself fairly knowledgeable on the subject but this struggle has bolstered his interest/efforts/concerns 100 fold. It has been made brutally apparent to him that if something doesn’t change soon the USA as we know it will be a thing of the past, replaced by an illogical, immoral, overly PC, corrupt form of communism.

  Andy Khanna Is the founder and CEO of Sonasoft, the software company allegedly responsible for archiving IRS emails, denies any wrong doing in the loss of data concerning Lois Lerner and the IRS. Khannah maintains the IRS, while using Sonasof software, is 100% responsible for any data loss. Khanna tells Santilli, his company is getting a bad wrap by the media and he cannot be responsible for what the IRS did, or in this case did not do, with the software they purchased from his company. The IRS failed to use the archive option, says Khannah. Sonasoft’s first products were for backup, recovery, and replication of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange Server. Sonasof eventually evolved into the email archiving solutions for Microsoft Exchange Server. Sonasoft is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Andy holds a BS in Business and Marketing from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

A born-again Christian, he was exchanging ideas with Mormon students while waiting for the lines in the cafeteria to get shorter. He was between the cafeteria entrance and the parking lot (near where Rachel Scott and Richard Castaldo sat eating lunch) when Eric and Dylan opened fire. Spotting the two shooters at the top of the stairs, at first he thought they were shooting paintball guns. He quickly became one of the first people to be shot. He was bending over when unbelieveable pain burst through his upper left body. He saw blood oozing from a hole in his thigh and started crying out “‘Oh my God! Help me!” Lungs collapsed, he fell to the ground and played dead, trying to lay as still as possible while fighting to breathe. He was hit several more times (twice in the chest and five times in the back) while laying there. As he watched, Eric went over to where Rachel lay bleeding and shot her again as she tried to get up. Other students trampled him in their attempt to flee from the gunmen, thinking him dead. Eventually an officer showed up and dragged Mark to safety behind the nearby shed. Mark Taylor is now drugged and held against his will in a psychiatric facility in Colorado.
