Boston Police Say Residents Do Not 'Need' To Own Shotguns, Rifles (Video)
(N.Morgan) The 2nd Amendment is our one protection against tyranny and oppression. Our Fore Fathers understood the importance of being able to freely own and use firearms. Now, the Boston Police Commissioner has stated the citizens have no need for rifles or shotguns in the city. Our fundamental right to own firearms are now being infringed upon by gun grabbing police. The one way to quickly subdue a society, is to take their guns. Look how well it has worked in Chicago so far. I find it incredible that the police and other authorities seemed to be under the naive belief that if they outlaw guns, that criminals will respect said laws. Boston’s top cop made that statement Wednesday on Boston Public Radio in response to Massachusetts state senator Stan Rosenberg’s position that there are already “sufficient controls” on long guns at the federal level, giving no need for new state laws that grant police additional powers to deny ownership to citizens.
Boston Police Commissioner William Evans stated,” Having long guns–rifles and shotguns–especially here in the city of Boston. I think we should have, as the local authority, some say in the matter. [And] the federal [government] doesn’t really allow us to have the discretion that we want in these particular cases. For the most part, nobody in the city needs a shotgun. Nobody needs a rifle.

Well now, the Barney Fife look-alike cop has to think again. Every citizen of this Country, and that even includes the City of Boston, needs to have at least one gun in their homes to not only protect themselves from the criminals, but to make sure that they can protect themselves against an ever-increasing rogue police force and federal government.
Actually, it’s a shame all the current crop of politicians fell asleep in history class, even given the warped and decepotive content that passes for “history” nowadays.. They would have known that when citizens in the past needed protection from the authorities, they turned to organized crime. It is the main reasion they got so big and powerful in Sicily.. and to this day they are a scourge that can not be got rid of, especially since they have no code of conduct and will kill anybody without blinking. If you thought it was bad now, wait until citizens do the same thing here, and with the cartels streaming across the border, , it’s only a matter of time before all of America becomes a war zone worse then Mexico.
UNless, of course, they DID read their history and are trying to destabilize the US intentionally….

Well, we don’t NEED to have a Boston police force either.
Actually, the founding fathers believed that a well armed militia consisted of being armed with the same weapons that the government had. Of course, at the time that consisted only of rifles and longguns. Er.. what do local police forces have for weapons now?
Evidently the Boston police department is populated by illiterate people because nowhere in US Constitutional Amendment II “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” does the word “need” appear. I think the Boston policeman who made this statement should immediately be shown that he has no need of his job and should be immediately fired.

Tell the “Commish” to go doink himself. There is no requirement to get permission from a City to get have a gun. The supreme court has already said it’s illegal and non-felons have a right to own a gun.
