SWITZERLAND, Basel — At 1:00 PM (EST) on July 27, 2014, the 2014 Brickyard 500 will take place at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana. The NASCAR Sprint Series race is slated to be aired “live” nationally on the ESPN television networks.

As previously reported by Truther.org, NASCAR races have been repeatedly targeted by the Obama administration, the latest of which occurred in North Carolina as documented in the June 1, 2014, Truther.org report entitled “Obama White House Linked to Murder of 14 Special Forces over Memorial Day Weekend”.

Needless to say, it’s highly likely that a “domestic” or “jihad”-related state-sponsored terror attack is now in play for Sunday’s NASCAR race. The notion that the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is being actively targeted was recently documented by Truther.org in a recent report entitled “Terror Warning for 2014 Indianapolis 500 in Indiana on May 25, 2014”.

Although a gun-related massacre or bombing is the most likely NASCAR terror scenario, there is always the possibility that the feds may execute a so-called “accident” or “natural disaster” (e.g., bio-terror attack, grandstand collapse, vehicle crash, gas explosion, fire, etc.) which would inevitably terrorize and kills scores of NASCAR fans.

Indy 500 Terror Alert System
Back on May 19, 2011, it was reported that DHS has instituted a new terror alert system for the Indianapolis 500 in which race fans will receive a mass text message in the event of an attack. According to the original report, ““The Division of Homeland Security unveiled a new alert system […] that sends text messages to users. The system will be used at this year’s Indianapolis 500 and other major events that take place in the city”. In the wake of a terror attack at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the mass DHS text messages will cause many of the 400,000 people in attendance to panic, causing a subsequent stampede which will kill far more people than the original terror attack. DHS knows this, hence the terror alert system.

Exploding Targets
Back on April 24, 2014, an Indianapolis, Indiana news station revealed that “exploding targets” are causing explosions across the country and have raised concerns for the Indianapolis Metro Police Department, FBI, and the ATF. Exploding targets are such a threat that the FBI issued an intelligence bulletin to law enforcement agencies warning that exploding targets could be used by criminals and terrorists to make improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Exploding targets are currently sold under a variety of brand names, the most popular being Tannerite. In theory, exploding targets are supposed to be used by gun owners to ensure that they’ve hit their respective long-range targets. The timely report states that the exploding targets are “readily available and easy for people of all ages to buy off store shelves in Indiana”. Predictably, the state of Indiana has no restrictions and therefore anyone 18 or older can purchase them. “It creates a public safety concern,” said Kirk Dennis, ATF special agent bomb technician. “People don’t realize the risk. If you put them in a container for something other than intended for, there can be tragic consequences.” In the aftermath of an Indianapolis Motor Speedway terror attack, exploding targets will likely be cited as the source of the bombing material.

As evidenced, there is growing list of 24 hour delays and track evacuations following Truther.org terror warnings in respect to NASCAR. These evacuations and delays are evidently being executed by the feds in order to provide the necessary cover for the removal of explosives and/or weapons from the respective NASCAR racing tracks.

NASCAR Terror Summit
Back in 2011, multiple governmental intelligence operatives came together to discuss “safety” issues in regards to a potential terror attack at a NASCAR event. The list included but is not limited to: John M. Power (FBI); O.T. Gagnon (DHS); Raymond Thrower (an expert on active shooters); Steve Lampo (FBI); and the head of NASCAR security, Gerry Cavis, a 30-year veteran of law enforcement and a former U.S. Secret Service agent. It was during this meeting that it was likely agreed upon that NASCAR would be added to the short-list of high-profiles state-sponsored terror targets.

DHS & NASCAR Terror Partnership
Predictably, NASCAR holds membership with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s “Commercial Facilities Sector Committee” and have subsequently instructed NASCAR personnel in “First Observer” terror training. NASCAR was mentioned as a terror target in the 2009 Virginia Terror Threat Assessment and DHS has been conducting terror surveillance of NASCAR events for some time. DHS recently unveiled a new terror alert system which sends out text messages to race fans in the event of a terror attack. This would obviously create a panic and subsequent stampede which would kill far more people in the stadium than the actual terror event.
