This is the young man DeAndre Joshua, 20, who gave testimony and believed to be Witness #10. He was talked about as the State’s Grand Jury’s #1 Star Witness who gave the most Creditable Evidence that they used for their Decision. He did not do drugs, had a regular job, nor had any criminal history. Yet less then 24 hours after this announcement, he was Silenced. Anyone else find it odd?

First of all, the reporter is arguing FOR Michael Brown! So either you didn’t watch the video, or you’re just making general assumptions based on your own biased views. Sounds like the real racist is you. After All, you’re the one who said, “He’s not taken into account that Brown was a thug and stoned ar (at?) the time he was killed”.
So because in your mind Michael Brown was “allegedly” a thug, and “allegedly” stoned, makes it okay to kill him? By your logic, and according to THE REPORTER (had you actually watched the video), thousands upon thousands of people would be killed daily by police officers.

Michael Brown and his buddy where simply looking for someplace to cause more trouble and eventually murder. There are too many of them out there, and it has nothing to do with color. @TruthandFreedom – I agree that he may have been shot by his own peeps. I think they knew he was witness number 10. He was from the neighborhood, and probably told some people who told some other people; And when the grand jury made their decision, based on witness number 10…he was offed, as he went against his own people’s judgement of what really happened.
Then of course, there’s the theory that maybe those “merc’s” that we all saw, were tasked to go find this guy and shut him up before he had a chance of possibly winding up in an interview with a big time TV show host, and change his story to the truth, possibly admitting that he was coerced through say…sleep deprivation, not allowed food or water, etc.

Since these criminals in uniform will do harm to you and your children, remember, they also have spouses and children that will left alone in their home. Imagine if the citizens of your community gets them to the front lines of their agression. Do you think they will harm their very own loved ones?

while I know already what the gist of this post is about, re govt and what is written at bottom of video, I’m not sure what you’re alleging here. Is it that Wilson as an agent of govt inc, deliberately murdered Brown, who was no threat and that being an agent the govt ensured he’d be not charged ie get off scot free?
I think it’s wise to be sceptical, of govt, but we have to retain some sort of balance in assessing situations, because I’m sure there are may ordinary everyday, cops or whatever, who are not evil agents of gov inc, who’re just trying to enforce the law, and keep the people safe with no agenda of bad intent.

I’m sitting on the fence with this. I don’t think either party was right. Two wrongs led to this. I get it that Wilson said he could not mace Brown while he was fighting him in the car, as that would have potentially disabled Wilson as well. So when he was out of the car chasing him while Brown ran away…..why didn’t he use the mace then? I mean he was outside of the car. Hey, I’m just asking because Wilson himself brought the mace up in his interview.

The Subject is a convicted doper. He was an accomplice in Brown’s strongarm robbery. At the time the absolutely incompetent Ferguson PD contacted him he was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court for sentencing- the PD didn’t check him for wants or warrants and so did not arrest him. Wilson is innocent of any wrongdoing, but this Subject cannot believed about anything unless it is confirmed by physical evidence.On a character rating scale of 1 to 10 he rates a minus 6.
So if and when convicted, one is criminal, hm, but you’re government is criminal, you’re law is criminal, most you live by is criminal, in thee eyes of beholders of law, your criminals <see how it works.

When one is sentenced, and sentence is carried out, we should NOT be hearing of convictions in pas tenths, only those standing in court prior to sentencing.

When time isn't spent by the carrying of sentence, the sentence is persistent, a stain, which means persecution, and thus often and realistically, a different direction, more crime.

Good point about the mace and distance. However, I was not in the car. I do not know that he was trying to take the gun, or if he was trying to push it down so Wilson could not shoot at him. Both actions would look the same. Point is Brown let go and ran off. Ran off. Wilson ran after him.
As for running towards the police officer, and the shot at the top of his head. Mr. Wilson says he was lunging at him when he shot and that is why the shot is at the top of his head. Falling forward would also cause the shot to the top of the head. I was not there….I do not know.
Brown was in the wrong, no doubt. He was in the wrong when he stole the cigars, and he was in the wrong for hitting Mr. Wilson. Neither one of those actions carry a death penalty when last I checked.
Bottom line, I feel the police officer was in way over his head, and should have waited for backup to arrive before he pursued Brown. He, himself said he feared for his life. He simply should have waited for backup.
