NIBIRU - It's NOT a Rogue Planet bringing DOOM to Earth
At least, that’s not what the Sumerians meant when they first wrote about Nibiru.
Readers do seem fascinated with the idea of NIBIRU. I explained that it is NOT what most people think (a rogue planet in an unusually long orbit around our sun) in an article a few days ago that has had many readers, including many with comments defending the silly pseudo-science I debunk.
Just to be clear, I am not stating that there are no such planets in a long orbit around our sun – “Planet X” could be discovered in orbit beyond Neptune and Pluto tomorrow. I am merely saying that such a planet does not come close to Earth and cause catastrophes every 3,600 years, and that no planet orbiting beyond Neptune would be the home world of alien gods either.
John Ale has been posting several Nibiru related articles on BIN in recent days including “Planet X – Nibiru Validated, Sitchin Vindicated – Scientific Evidence.” REALLY?
Ale says: “’Planet X’ has become the term associated with the elusive planet(s) and as a result has become a synonym for what Ancient Astronaut Theorists refer to as Nibiru.”
NO IT HAS NOT. That is making a huge jump from stating that more “trans-Neptunian” objects (like Pluto and Sedna and the Oort Cloud and the Kupier Belt) probably exist to be discovered soon – to being “a synonym” for Nibiru and Ancient Astronauts.
About six minutes into Ale’s video (“Planet X Science – Nibiru Validated, Sitchin Vindicated – https://www.youtube.com/watch?x-yt-ts=1422579428&v=rQiQfdde_sI&x-yt-cl=85114404#t=784 ) Lord Pye is quoted describing an alleged near-collision between Nibiru and Saturn (Tiamat) which ended in Nibiru stealing away one of Saturn’s moon’s before releasing it (Pluto) in its own orbit. This is presented as “fact.” Later the video describes Pluto as a lost moon of Neptune. Then around the thirteen minute mark the video says “the discrepancy does not take away from the big picture. In essence, on the visit to the inner solar system in which Nibiru collided with Tiamat (now Earth) it was knocked off its elliptical orbit.” What!?!? Discrepancies in the story don’t matter, and now Tiamat isn’t Saturn but Earth?
But since Ale’s recent articles clearly focus on Nibiru as described by Zechariah Sitchin and his kooky theories while claiming such nonsense is “vindicated” – let’s examine what Sitchin actually claims:
“The Official Website of Zechariah Sitchin” (http://sitchin.com/ ) opens with “One of the few scholars able to read and interpret ancient Sumerian and Akkadian clay tablets, Zecharia Sitchin (1920-2010) based his bestselling The 12th Planet on texts from the ancient civilizations of the Near East. Drawing both widespread interest and criticism, his controversial theories on the Anunnaki origins of humanity have been translated into more than 20 languages and featured on radio and television programs around the world.”
Wikipedia’s entry for him begins: “Zecharia Sitchin (Russian: Заха́рия Си́тчин) (July 11, 1920 – October 9, 2010) was a Soviet -born American author of books proposing an explanation for human origins involving ancient astronauts. Sitchin attributes the creation of the ancient Sumerian culture to the Anunnaki, which he states was a race of extraterrestrials from a planet beyond Neptune called Nibiru. He believed this hypothetical planet of Nibiru to be in an elongated, elliptical orbit in the Earth’s own Solar System, asserting that Sumerian mythology reflects this view. Sitchin’s books have sold millions of copies worldwide and have been translated into more than 25 languages. Sitchin’s ideas have been rejected by scientists and academics, who dismiss his work as pseudoscience and pseudohistory. His work has been criticized for flawed methodology and mistranslations of ancient texts as well as for incorrect astronomical and scientific claims.”
As a citation we are sent to another site (http://www.skepdic.com/sitchin.html) which tells us “Sitchin’s claim to fame is announcing that he alone correctly reads ancient Sumerian clay tablets. [Of course, he didn't announce this by taking out an ad in the New York Times but by implying it with his "translations" that do not jibe with the work of legitimate scholars in the field.] If Sitchin is right, then all other scholars have misread these tablets, which, according to Sitchin, reveal that gods from another planet (Nibiru or Niburu, which orbits our Sun every 3,600 years) arrived on Earth some 450,000 years ago and created humans by genetic engineering of female apes. Niburu orbits beyond Pluto and is heated from within by radioactive decay, according to Sitchin.”
So let’s get this straight – Sitchin says alien gods from a distant planet in our solar system genetically engineered female apes long ago and founded the human race. He says their home planet is heated by internal radiation (Does anyone comprehend how much radioactive decay would have to happen to heat a planet beyond Neptune several hundred degrees warmer? And how lethal that would be to life forms? And that even if it were warm on such a planet, there would be almost zero light for photosynthesis? Meaning no plants to grow, which means no food for animal life like us or like the alleged radiation-proof alien gods?)
Dr. Michael Heisner wrote a long article on what the Sumerians really meant when they were talking about Nibiru. It can be found at http://www.sitchiniswrong.com/nibiru.pdf and the link/title clearly shows that he feels Sitchin is wrong. In my last article I explained that:
“In the Sumerian creation epic, the Enuma Elish, Nibiru is mentioned many times. The root of the word means “crossing point“ and although it is usually used in conjunction with a god, a star, or another astronomical body, it is sometimes used to merely represent a bridge over a river, a gateway, or a door.
Nibiru is often referred to as the great god Marduk’s star or planet. It has been associated with Jupiter (many times) Mercury (once) the pole star, and an otherwise unnamed star. It is described as appearing irregularly and appearing every year, and is described as having a fixed position and as having changed its position. I believe this confusion is because the true importance of Nibiru is in the form of an alignment of multiple heavenly bodies. I believe this was understood by earlier Sumerian writers, but that the concept was no longer fully understood by later Babylonians who still used its name with single heavenly bodies.
If you have read my books (End Times and 2019 – Antichrist 2016-2019) you know that I believe the single most important alignments in the sky occurs in late December 2019, when the winter solstice sun is in alignment with the galactic center – and is met by Jupiter. I believe the sun, moon, and planets move into positions which act out all the major steps of an ancient Jewish wedding ceremony – and that this has been described in the prophecies of many “myths” and religions, most importantly as Jesus returning for His bride….
This alignment by the galactic center is an astronomical marker in time – a clue to the timing of one of Dr. Paul LaViolette’s galactic superwaves arriving based on the periodic activity (Seyfert phase) of the massive black hole at the galactic center. This is the astronomical representation of God becoming manifest in the sky, because when this occurs, the galactic center is suddenly visible, even in daytime. The last time this event was visible, it was known to the Egyptians as the Eye of Horus; in India as the Navel of Vishnu; to Hebrews as the Shekinah Glory; to Muslims it is the Tariq Star; to the Hopi it is the Blue Star Kachina….” And the Sumerians called it Nibiru.
“So when the Enuma Elish cuneiform tells us “Nibiru is his [Marduk’s in context] star, which he made appear in the heavens” (Tablet VII, line 130-131) we know Nibiru “appears” – it had not been visible, then it becomes visible, like the galactic center during a Seyfert phase… When the Enuma Elish says “let Nibiru be the holder of the crossing place of the heaven and of the earth” (Tablet VII, line 124) we know Nibiru sits at an important crossing place in the sky – in my opinion, the crossing point of the ecliptic and the Milky Way.
As the galactic center is normally not visible, but is brightly illuminated at the start of horrific events that periodically cause a pole shift – which happens to occur when the winter solstice sun is near the galactic center in conjunction with Jupiter – this conjunction is also associated with our sun, and with Jupiter, and with the pole shift that sets a new course for the heavenly bodies in the sky. The heavenly bodies do not actually change course, but because the ground beneath us moves in relation to our axis of rotation the course of heavenly bodies appears to change, from the view of survivors of the pole shift….
So in summary, I believe Nibiru originally represented a god-star-crossing-point – the crucial alignment which occurs with Jupiter and the sun at the suddenly visible galactic center during a pole shift, but that this understanding was lost already by Babylonian times, because the galactic center only remains visible for a few centuries. Eventually the correct understanding of Nibiru, and how the galactic center’s periodic active phases lead to pole shifts – this understanding was lost over time – leading to improper use of the name Nibiru for multiple heavenly bodies, causing much confusion, greatly compounded by the false teachings of Sitchin in modern times.”
Despite the likely existence of at least one more planet beyond Neptune and Pluto – even if one or two are discovered in the future, that does not mean the Sumerians were referring to it or that it comes near Earth or that alien gods lived on it.
“Not every dot of light in the night sky means Nibiru is approaching. Not every lens flare in a photograph is Nibiru. Statistically, any rogue star or planet crossing near enough to Earth to cause devastation every 3600 years (for which there is no serious evidence) would have entirely destroyed the planet ages ago. While I do think the real “Nibiru” (the galactic center) will be visible in the sky soon because I think evidence points to a pole shift coming in late 2019, I merely believe Nibiru refers to the newly visible galactic center experiencing its active/Seyfert phase, not some non-existent rogue planet allegedly approaching us.”

To take a position of the current mainstream astro physics do not permit the orbital analysis is also small minded as there are so many concepts humans are not yet able to understand . Mainstream science has done not much more than get itself into trouble .

This is a very broad request, but perhaps you are thinking of the same two things I am: “global warming” and the movement of magnetic north.
I think magnetic north is moving rapidly towards Siberia where the next magnetic and eventually AXIAL North Pole will be.
I think “global warming” is part of a natural cycle. Forty years ago they were talking about global cooling. I think our emissions play a small role compared to the varying output of the sun.
I suspect the sun is more an electrical cathode and less an ongoing fusion reaction. When we look at the three points on the sun at which we know the temperature, the deepest (sunspots) are darker and only 6,000 degrees. The surface is 10,000 degrees. The corona up above is two million degrees. This is inconsistent with a heat source of fusion on the inside.
However if a current of electricity flows onto the surface of the sun, and that is where the heating occurs, then it makes more sense that the outside is the hottest. So I think the “Electric Universe” theory should be considered.
New and unaccepted theories today may be the true explanation taught by the teachers of tomorrow. But don’t dismiss mainstream science as a joke that gives us nothing back. We have advanced more in the last 200 years than the 4,000 before it.
As for scientists “disappearing” or dying off, which ones? I was in contact with an astrophysicist who had a stroke. It happens to old professors more than young jocks. Of course some could be getting whacked for what they know, but I am not aware of credible proof on that.
If they were being killed off, I would suspect that they have verified what I expect – an incoming galactic superwave which could arrive in late 2019 and initiate a pole shift.
Of course this is speculation…

If you are unaware of the “earth changes” we are seeing now , I’m not sure what to tell you other than look at the stats on seismic activity in this decade going back 30 yrs or so . Earthquakes as well . The biblical “plages” suring the exodus period is thought to have occured between 1500 and 1700 bc , around 3600yrs ago . There were certainly earth changes going on in that time including various waters turning red in different parts of the world . In Sri Lanka a team of scientists examining single celled sphere like organisms with no dna found in the red water proported a hypothesis of an et origin . There are legends worldwide of a second sun and or associated planets bringing lethal meteor or fireball events , red rain , volcanism, earthquakes along with drastic climate changes .
As for real science people , try Robert Harrington , chief astronomer at the Naval observatory . He died of a strange , highly agressive and fast moving throat cancer just before he was to release his further researched findings on the subject. He met with Sitchin in 1983 and in so many words confirmed Sitchins work as to a large planet with a slanted eliptical orbit . wiki will tell us that he retracted his work , not true . Covered and he was done away with as with several others.
There is a composite of conditions that exist today , in looking at them individually though strange , not alarming beyond the dangers they present , when putting all things on the table at the same time one has to see it is more than alarming . If you don’t look at the entire picture , you wont see a thing.
You keep writing that many astronomers and scientists have died under mysterious circumstances.
Please name one, and the circumstances.
The really top scientists in astrology and physics are Neil deGrasse Tyson and Michio Kaku. They think the whole Planet X thing is nonsense, just as it was in 2003. Same with Elenin.

I think you can give a thought to reading the book, ‘Source Field Investigations’ by David Wilcock. The existence of a second sun is not debated, it is increasingly becoming a given, this is what is perhaps called the blacksun by some secret societies / Nazis.
Why ‘black’, because invisible, What is invisible star? Most likely a brown dwarf star.
In his another book, ‘The Synchronicity Key’, he articles the point clearly and makes a very good scientific case for the same, near the end of the book.
So, as you believe, we may well be in a binary star system, with the invisible star having its own set of planets. But for it to come so close to another star (our Sun), does not make much sense.
Not denying the earth changes, but just trying to make sense of our reality in a scientific manner. The earth changes are also explained in the beautiful new science, covered in much detail in the first book cited above – which is basically a detailed look into all the alternative/secret research done by various scientists/Russian researchers about whom, we hear nothing now.

Interesting. I actually Googled “geir nibiru” yesterday to see if anyone named Geir was writing about Nibiru, and couldn’t come up with a better guess than Geir Raastad, but his comments appear to be in Norwegian or some other Scandanavian language, so I really doubted that was it, and posted “Geir Who?”
Yes I know who you refer to on BIN when you say King of Shambhala. Not that I’ve ever met with or spoken to him. He popped up as an ardent supporter of several articles of mine on another subject. Not only does he 100% believe that Obama is the Antichrist, but there was a time in December when my articles on the Antichrist subject were being removed from BIN about an hour or two after posting them. He noticed. It wasn’t me removing them. Eventually BIN staff said it wasn’t them. It seemed very suspicious – it could have been our government removing the articles. King of Shambhala was writing about it quickly and often. Eventually it was determined that the “wh” word in the phrase “Wh * re of Babylon” I had quoted was leading to automatic removal of the articles. Then BIN suddenly fixed it and allowed several versions of the same article to show up at once.

It is interesting that the Vatican operates a telescope at all (like the V.A.T.T.) at Mt. Graham, but keep in mind it is a German team who operates and who named the L.U.C.I.F.E.R. telescope next to it (and they really stretched the name to come up with the noteworthy acronym. Because the two telescopes are near each other and see in different frequencies, the teams sometimes collaborate. “Hey, we see something cool in infrared, can you check it out on your radio telescope too?” and vice versa. But the Vatican didn’t name anything Lucifer.
Could the Vatican be secretly aware of a tenth planet, or ETs, or an incoming galactic superwave… Sure they could. They probably know all about disastrous cycles and know very well when the next problem is due, whether I am right about 2019 or not.
Damnit, damnit, damnit! I waited from 2008 to 12/21/12 to see something amazing and…nothing. So, from what you are saying, I have to wait/live/survive another 4 f’n years to see what will probably amount to something similar to the hale bop. Seriously though, I’m only 29 and have lived through soooo many supposed “end time” events that were “based on solid fact” that I could start to name them and accidentally vomit a new one. As intriguing as all of this sounds-and it will probably become the new “Myan end date fad”-I believe I will go with the “no one knows” part of the bible since people and science just can’t seem to get it right.

interesting comments. There is much solid truth in many things said. Just think if a man from long ago saw the creator descend from the heavens, (space) they must be a God.
There is many anomalies taking place in a short time period where the Earth, moon, Sun, other planets and their moons all have abnormalities taking place. I know this straight from NASA so it begs to ask a question, “What could “IT” be?
There are many ideas such as the sun expanding, a wave from space that can devastate this planet, an asteroid in-between the us and Europe. There is also a binary star and its planets coming millions of miles out and changing life on earth through several sciences.
People will argue their conviction on any of these theories, proved or unproved. Still, with all the arguing the first question isn’t answered as to what is “IT” coming from the heavens, (space)?
