Coral Springs, Cl- A parole officer Has been arrested for raping a woman parolee that was in his care. According to police, parole officer Zachary Thomas Bailey used his power to get the victim, telling her that he needed to do a “study” of her home in Coral Springs
The rape victim alleges that officer Bailey sexually assaulted her on two separate occasions while her young daughter was in the next room.
“The first time he went there, he said he needed to check out the bedroom,” said McCue. “While in the bedroom, Mr. Bailey did sexually batter the victim by putting his hands down the front of her pants.”
According to the police report, the victim responded by saying: “Mr. Bailey, you can’t do that. What are you doing?”
The next day officer Bailley came back to sexually abuse his victim some more. He followed the victim into her bedroom and demanded a massage. When she refused, Bailey took off his clothes, put on a condom, threw her down and raped her. Her daughter was in the next room.
WSVN reports that the victim said she recorded the incident on her phone not only so police would believe her, but so Bailey would not be able to write a false parole violation against her for reporting the rape.
“The victim said, ‘This is rape. This is rape. I don’t want you to do this,’” said McCue. “Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail.”
The video shows Bailey taking off his clothes and putting on the condom, which he later left in her home. “The video is extremely explicit,” said the victim’s attorney, Bradford Cohen. “It actually shows what her accusations are.”

Coral Springs, CL — A man whose job was to help guide people after they’ve been released from prison, has been arrested himself, after being accused of vile criminal acts.
A parole officer in South Florida was arrested this week for sexually assaulting a woman on probation. The woman was so scared of violating her probation if she turned him in, that she had to film their second encounter in order to prove this cop’s misdeeds.

It’s pathetic you have to go that far to get any shred of credibility, on top of how pathetic it is that such unstable and disgusting people can get positions of power. Just shows how badly this country is going to burn. Hopefully sooner than later.

A long time (white) probation officer in the metro area of B’ham, Al. has been accused of multiple sex crimes against the very people he was supposed to be helping. (just like in the article.) In the B’ham case however, it took months and many, many complaints before officials would believe the victims.
Too bad she didn’t just shoot him in self defense.
This man should be suspended and put on paid leave until he can be found another job.
I’m simply astonished. I don’t know any more if these comments are jokes or serious.
Views these days have become so extreme in one way or another….the reality is….you just never can tell.
So I’ve come to a conclusion. We should do what King Solomon would do, cut him in half and send the top half to a new job…..the bottom half to federal prison.
He should be on paid administrative leave until he is found guilty in court. Once found guilty, he should have to pay the money back that he was paid while on administrative leave, then go directly to jail! Let’s see how he likes being on the victim side of rape.
Black on white crime, its that simple.
There are mostly good and proud Cops in the US. The few bad ones need to be put in jail. This is the same in ALL jobs in our country as there are in the rest of the world including the rich and Powerful. We need to put all the bad guys in jail and let the inmates take care of them.
