The following three linked stories are most interesting.

I believe that the Saudis have had a small number of Pakistani produced nuclear weapons for a number of years. That is why, 20+ years ago they bought a number of Chinese made IRBMs (intermediate range ballistic missile) and later converted these from liquid fueled to solid fueled.

What the public thinks it knows, about nuclear warfare and about the number of states having nuclear warfare technology, and reality is VERY DIFFERENT. The list of nations with nuclear weapons includes USA, UK, France, Russia, China, Pakistan, India, North Korea, Israel, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and perhaps several others.

There are many different types of “nukes” from large city busting two-stage thermonuclear Hydrogen bombs to tiny micro nukes; there are dial-a-yield weapons; there are “dirty” nukes that have extra radioactive “packages” incorporated into them; there are neutron bombs that have small blast signatures but high radioactive initial signatures; etc. (The World Trade Towers on 9/11 were almost certainly hit with embedded micro-nukes that were fourth or fifth generation, that is why the two 110 story buildings rubble pile was so small – the directed energy weapons used turned the matter into fine dust that blew away.)

The danger here is that the proxy wars being fought in the Middle East and Eastern Europe are leading the world down the path towards a new global war with weapons-of-mass-destruction and that this Third World War will be a Human Life Extinction Event!!! Tim Earl of Stirling

RT reports: Saudi Arabia calls in off-the-shelf nuke option with Pakistan ~ link ~

At the prospect of the international community’s nuclear deal with Iran, Saudi Arabia has reportedly taken a decision to call in an old favor from Pakistan and get some of its nuclear weapons.

Saudi Arabia is widely believed to have bankrolled the Pakistani nuclear weapons program. In exchange, Riyadh reportedly expects Islamabad to provide missiles in times of trouble to defend the kingdom.

SAUDI ARABIA has taken the “strategic decision” to acquire “off-the-shelf” atomic weapons from Pakistan, risking a new arms race in the Middle East, according to senior American officials.

The move by the Gulf kingdom, which has financed much of Islamabad’s nuclear programme over the past three decades, comes amid growing anger among Sunni Arab states over a deal backed by President Barack Obama, which they fear could allow their arch foe, Shi’ite Iran, to develop a nuclear bomb.

Editor’s note: VT has confirmed that Saudi Arabia bought nuclear weapons from Israel, part of their stocks of black market Ukrainian weapons. Failures in the US “buyback” program run by Congressman Gary Condit and “outed” by Congressman Sonny Bono, are the backdrop for this fiasco. The current story is just that, a story, planted to give cover for the fact that the Saudis have had these weapons all along.
