Vicious Dog Spent His Whole Life Chained. See What Happens When A Stranger Sets Him Free (Video)

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Most people who use social media have figured out that Facebook and Google are in cahoots with the government. For those who are well aware of the issues, it’s high time you switched over to Seen.life.

It is a website that is similar to Facebook but without all the censorship. Firearm friendly, you may buy sell or trade anything allowed by site TOS rules.

(N.Morgan) Pets add some much love and laughter to our lives.

They are so loyal to us, ever loving us, even when others don’t or won’t love us.

This story is about Rusty Diamond, who was kept by his owners outside, chained and never loved or given attention.

Since Rusty was ignored all of the time, when people did approach him, he seemed mean and scary.

He would bark, growl, snap, and retreat.

The first time Jared Piper met Rusty, the dog certainly didn’t seem playful or sweet.

Poor Rusty was chained up to a wall in Phoenix Arizona, where he spent his days barking non-stop at passerbys.

It wasn’t that Rusty was mean, he was just scared and lonely and desperately craving affection.

Jared began to visit Rusty each every day, winning the dog’s trust and Rusty began to warm up to Jared, wagging his tail for treats and laying his head along the fence to be scratched.

Rusty’s living conditions were deplorable: Jared had never seen the poor dog off the chain, he was riddled with flies and had what appeared to be a tumor on his belly.

Jared knew he had to get Rusty out of those conditions, into safety.

One day as Jared was visiting Rusty, his owner came out of the house.

She casually mentioned to Jared that Rusty had been chained up for 10-15 years …

It was his life and all he knew.

Jared firmly told her he wasn’t leaving without Rusty.

At first she resisted, telling Jared that Rusty would bite or attack him, but Jared refused to give in.

Reluctantly, she handed his chain over to Jared and off the 2 went.

Rusty didn’t bite, he wasn’t even scared — he just walked gratefully alongside his rescuer.

At the vet’s office they had to cut Rusty’s collar off his neck since it hadn’t been unhooked for so many years.

Rusty was seeing and smelling new places and people, he wasn’t defensive or aggressive.

He took everything in and letting Jared know he was completely ready for a new life.

Rusty was treated to his very first bath.

It took a lot of time and elbow grease to scrub off the dirt and motor oil that was caked into his coat for so many years.

Unfortunately Jared couldn’t adopt Rusty himself, but he gave him a place to stay while they looked for a forever home.

Meanwhile Rusty got all the medical care he needed and became a healthy, happy dog.

One day Jared found the perfect family for Rusty.

A big house with a huge yard to run and play in, loving humans and lots of doggie brothers and sisters for Rusty to love and play with.

It was pure paradise for Rusty.

Rusty may not have understood what he was missing out on for the 10 or so years he lived chained up in a dirty yard, but as soon as he got a taste of the good life, he was hooked.

Now he has what every dog deserves — a loving, happy home.

Rusty’s life was made better by the simple act of someone caring enough to check on an unfriendly-looking dog chained up in a stranger’s yard.

Had tears in my eyes watching the video. His former owners should be chained to a wall for 10 years at least!

      • Ted

Me too. Mankind would be so much better off if we possessed some of the finer characteristics of dogs.

        • Busta Myth

It reminds me of that old saying, there’s no such thing as bad dogs, only bad owners.

and there ain’t no shortage of them in the World that’s for sure

I had adopted a dog in OKINAWA Japan from a NAVY couple who just had a Baby and were afraid the dog would attack the Kid. In two weeks, the poor dag, also chained up in the yard forever … became one of my best friends because of her new found freedom. Because of base regs she had to be chained up in the yard but once inside she was free to explore and choose her spot to relax. I miss the dog as she died 13 years ago but my NEW FRIEND is my shadow… We go everywhere together .. willingly. Great story here. I look at dogs chained here and realize we are all prisoners too.

Same here. I’m a cat person myself, eschewing the high-maintenance factor of dogs but I do love them hugely. This had me weeping for the poor thing, and boiling mad at that damn owner!

    • wakeupsheeple

Oh man, this person is the best!! I can’t understand how people can be so cruel and sociopathic to animals! Why get a dog in the first place if you gonna have him chained all his life!!These people definitely need chaining for life!

    • Nicole Morgan (Investigative Reporter)

I agree with all of you..

I cried when I watched it too.

I’m so glad Jared saved Rusty..

It only takes one act of kindness to change a life, and Rusty is an shining example of that.

    • Jack

My dog got extra hugs today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWFDcISPgJo

    • Pinkorchid

Oh yeah , this one made me cry too.
It’s so wonderful to see true love and compassion , still exists in the world today.

Those that commit crimes of abuse against animals occupy the lowest level of humanity.

They can’t even be called animals , because most animals have the capacity for unconditional love.

Bless “Rusty”, and I offer him my very deepest apologies for those deeply depraved individuals who abuse “Man’s Best Friend”.

First story I have recommended at this site…….thank you for the wonderful video.

        Me too.

      • skyguy66

Agreed! It’s so nice not to see more “Fear Porn” that this site is so infected with.

    • Everette

Oh that man kind could give human beings that have souls this kind of attention that this dog received that has no soul but only a spirit that the bible says goes back to the ground when it dies . We as humans have as Romans chapter 1 states began to worship the animal more than the Creator . Because the next law after Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart soul , mind body and spirit is love they neighbor as thy self . One of the signs of the end times is that soon meat will be forbidden to eat . The animal in this video needed love as all creatures need love . I have no problem with showing affection to animals . But many people get sickening with their affections with animals . But I didnt see where this dog looked so sickly . This man used word force to take something from this woman that did not belong to him . Why did he not ask to purchase the animal . This part made me sick . Then he finds someone else to take the animal . I want to say go find humans living on the streets and offer the same affection . Animals now have more value than humans that where created in Gods likeness . What a shame ! I was glad this animal finally got to enjoy freedom , but the spirit this video was done in made my stomach sick .

      • idiocracy

You have it backwards. And I don’t care about your reference material.
Why offer someone who has abused an animal that would normally live in a pack, like wolves. This do needed to be saved.
The rescuer did the right thing, even though he couldn’t keep the animal himself, and found a loving, nurturing home, where this dog could live happily. This dogs owner, also did the right thing by releasing him to his rescuer.
He did not use force, but he was firm in his demands…the owner knew she was wrong, and could have been in trouble with the law if she was reported to animal control.
Your point has no validity…and remember DOG spelled backwards is GOD…

        • coldcomfort

Dog spelled backwards??? What is the relevance of that? I understand what Everette is saying. Especially at a time when human babies are thrown away as so much trash and also cut up and sold as so much meat.

I admit I am a great dog lover and I have two myself (mostly indoor) and will have one more shortly. BUT, I also admit that society is upside down these days where animals are concerned. The video did not make me sick, however, and I do believe that Jared did a good selfless act that most certainly cost him time and money.

There is a wonderful story about St. Martin de Porres. One of the monks at the monastery he was in had an old dog covered with mange. His owner had someone take it out and kill it by hitting it in the head with a rock. St. Martin, being upset at this, brought the dog back to life, cured it and chastised the owner, telling him that it was a bad way to repay the poor dog for all his loyalty over the years, and advising him to take better care of it in future.

I understand that sometimes dogs need to be euthanized (NOT PEOPLE) but it was a very sweet story and demonstrates that love of animals is totally legitimate in God’s eyes. Let’s just love people a whole lot more. They do have immortal souls, after all.

          • HereAmI

            Actually, no, they don’t.
Man was given a soul which we are clearly informed, will return back to God Who gave it at death.
This is why nobody should fear that death brings either eternal paradise in the presence of God, or an eternal hell of torment.
“His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth, in that very day, his thoughts perish”.
“The dead praise not the Lord, nor any that go down into silence”.
The purpose of life is not to reveal a people to be tormented for ever, but to reveal a chosen generation who will be the eternal Bride.
Having said that, I entirely concur that dogs are the most wonderful creatures, and they bring out in us our ability to give and receive love.
This is why they, and all other creatures, were given to us “In the Beginning”.

            • NWO for Dummies.

Everything that was ever created has soul & you’re an idiot. Some people lose their souls. Shame to see really.

“Everything that was ever created has soul & you’re an idiot.”

What about a wooden statue adorned with gold and silver created by an artisans hands? Would such a thing have a soul or would it just be better to call the object “a fetish” or “cursed” when it cries tears of blood? If I fall down before it would I lose my soul?

            • NWO for Dummies.

No one adores statues. You’re the victim of Protestant mind control.
Question is. are you a willing part of this zionist conspiracy?

            • chefjim

You were reading out of context. In Job and Ecclesiastes it speaks about the dead knowing nothing but it also says that absent from the body is present with the Lord. You need to realize that those verses that you have read refer to the people who have died before the resurrection when Jesus comes for His Bride (by the way, very soon now) All the dead sleep now but they will rise to either eternal life or judgement and eternal punishment. These are the words of God written in the King James Bible about which God Himself says that His words shall never pass away. Most will go to Hell because narrow is the path to life and few there be that find it. You can find it by asking God to forgive you of your sins by believing in Him (Jesus Christ, as He is in the bible) unto repentance of those sins that we all have and true belief leads to repentance and obedience to God and keeping His commandments. It is not HOW we are saved but we are saved by GRACE and not by works lest any man should boast.

            • James Glover

And we wonder why the world is confused about what Christians stand for when there is so much disagreement between us.
HereamI’s comment is spot on. Religion has messed up the gospel message for the last 1500 years.
Unbelievers don’t go to hell when they die and no Christian, including the apostles has preceded us into Heaven.
Everyone is dead and has no concept of passing time.
The first resurrection is the rapture when the dead in Christ will rise.
The second resurrection is the judgement when ALL human beings will be resurrected to a SECOND physical life and learn the truth for the very first time.
The third resurrection is for those who knew the truth, enjoyed the benefits but then deliberately turned their backs on it. Gehenna is for them.
Read it all for yourself at god intercedes . com

            • Mayhem

Excuse me too, chefjim, but of course HereAmI was speaking of “before the Resurrection” what made think otherwise? So you went from accusing him, on contextual grounds, to agreeing with what he wrote only to then begin preaching on the Judgement. That’s soap-boxing in my opinion.

Typical churchy trait focusing on the fear and i’m almost certain you’ll have a filtered view of what really happens to those judged unfit. Next thing you’ll be saying i’m due for the fiery pits of hell and everlasting torment which is something the Bible doesn’t say.

              @HereAmI, who never replies…

“to God, Who gave it, at death”

              … yes?

    • idiocracy

      Hello Angle#3(prelim),

Charlie here. I wish people would show the same concern for abortion of human fetuses. You know, adopt them instead of dogs. No more abortion, just adoption.

Dogs kill and maim and bite hundreds and hundreds of humans a year. Just ask any ER doctor. Yep, they are man’s best fiend!

      Signed,

Charlie (my dog got neutered the other day and my doctor called it dognuts).

      • HereAmI

I hope you didn’t get confused by the similarity in the words, and eat them.
        Frosted, of course.

      • Nicole Morgan (Investigative Reporter)

Hi Pinky, your point is well take, however, I wanted to bring you all a story of hope.

As some of you have commented, we’ve been bombarded with a lot of gloom and doom and ugly things, lately..

I think sometimes we forget to be hopeful in this negative world..

Also, as I’ve seen so far, there’s been a lot of coverage of that topic on here.

It sounds like to me like you may have had a bad experience with dogs and if that is the case, I am truly sorry..

However, I am a dog owner and I hadn’t wanted a dog at first, but when I got her, she helped me to get better..

I was very ill and if it wasn’t for my girl Sasha, I may not have recovered as well as I did..

Also, Pinky, I am still waiting for my sugar doughnut from you.

They are my favorite kind!

        • Pink Slime

Charlie is sending the fresh doughnuts by Fedup Express. So, can’t guarantee when you will get them, but they did say they are guaranteed to be only half eaten.

      • NWO for Dummies.

Its people like you that are cruel to animals, by your indifference if nothing else. Animals need to be cared for. They were here first. They did not throw this world into ruin. We did. They merely innocently suffered the consequences. Animals and children need to be cared for with a special care because they cannot care for themselves.

        • Pink Slime

Hi idiot. If they were here first then they don’t need our care. Sort of like having a baby born first before the mother. LOL!

          • NWO for Dummies.

for a bible bashing bastard (bbb for short) you sure have a problem with the first page

God gave man dominion over the animals which he created first – there that’ll save you having to find your bible under your putrid rotting donuts – kinda like the posts about them of late.

Maybe man ought try the same compassion on fellow human beings.

The dog appears to be far less than 10 years old, maybe 7 or 8.

I was having a pretty good day today, but after eating at the local Cracker Barrel, I returned to the car to see a sweet little dog panting away in the car beside me! It was around 80 or 82 degrees and the small tree they parked next to was not in any way cooling this dog. The windows were cracked maybe 3 inches and I guess that was for looks, because I know that was not cooling one bit. It looked like he was in for being cooked in there. The person who left him in that car was an animal abuser in my book. I just hoped he lived as people are clueless and stupid about what danger their ‘beloved’ pet is in at their own hand. I wanted to put a very nasty note on that car as I pictured them stuffing their face inside the restaurant as the dog suffered. (or died) Way not to go SC license plate!

    • Is-Be

This is a wonderful story worth sharing. So lets take this wonderful compassionate story and expand on it. Take it into your heart and let it blossom for all living things. We have had enough of the indoctrination of the mind controllers. We need to take responsibility and its starts with each and every one of us. As an animal rescuer in the Middle East, the horrors break your heart, but just know that with each step we take, we are closer to that divine life/love that we know can be. So get back to nature and know your place in it. Thank you for posting this. All encouragement, strength and love we give each other makes a difference. We need all hands on deck right now. Thank you.

    • Is-Be

One more thought that I forgot to include in my last comment, They need YOU to keep this whole system propped up and as soon you DECIDE, it will be the end. How soon do you want this to end? Its simply up to you and how you long you want to drag this out. Lets make a real difference and stop them from trying to make us believe that we have no power. It does not have to be this way. Lets get on with it.

2 years ago I rescued a 5 year old poodle mix from an Amish breeder. She had all her upper and lower front teeth removed. She had never had a collar on or walked on a leash. She had never gone up or down steps. She was overweight having been fed junk food by 2 kids who didn’t want to eat their food. 2 years later she still runs around in a circle which means that she was caged most of her life. She is the best little girl in the world. Very affectionate and loving but she still has one problem I cannot fix in a hurry. She dislikes my son who obviously reminds her of her abuser. She barks at him and runs away from him. We figured out she was used as a breeding bait dog as she stank of the breeding powder when we got her. Today she is a very loved member of our family and has gotten to like my son a bit more each day being bribed with hard boiled eggs that she now happily takes from his hand.

I too had tears in my eyes as most people really torment those pit bulls quite a lot and am glad Rusty got a new loving home. He was even smiling early in the video when he was petted and shown affection.
