Well there is a fb page stating this is a scam. Did you do your own research before posting this and assuming this guy has any good track record or credibility? I ask because the fb page was very easy to find. I am really tired of people posting things here that are false and this appears to be one of them.
Getting my graduate degree one of the things I had to do was take some hard science classes. One thing that did sticki with me is that no one can predict, even remotely, when and where an earthquake will strike. That’s the reason they are such a surprise.
