"Truthers" in Meltdown over Blacksmith's Viral Video

An Exclusive You Have To See: The Last Frontier of Free Press Is Here! No More Censorship, Unlike YouTube and Others!

Trent Tye isn’t your ordinary guy in a lot of ways.  The fact that he makes his living beating the daylights out of metal, bending it into different shapes for different purposes alone accounts for that.  Tye is one of a dying breed: The American blacksmith.

And, he’s a unique blend of old and new.  A man who works in an ancient trade who now has a viral video to his credit.

Don’t turn your mind off as you watch this videos.  Keep these questions in mind as you watch it:

1.) How long was your “structural steel” in the furnace?

2.) Why did you use only half inch steel?

3.) Why was the metal heated to 300 degrees MORE than Jet fuel can burn?

4.) Why didn’t towers 1 and 2 simply BEND and fall over away from the healthy structure below as you demonstrated?

5.) Why did the part of the towers that WASN’T affected by jet fuel (the perfectly in tact HEALTHY STRUCTURE) decide to give out in perfect succession?

6.) WTC 7 was not subjected to jet fuel or an airplane, yet fell the same way the other towers fell.

7.)  The Jet Fuel burned up VERY quickly and had very LITTLE time to soften the metal.  The furnace in this video is an IDEAL PERFECT CONDITION.  Such a condition didn’t exist in reality…it rarely does.  Compound that with this fact… ALL THE BEAMS would have had to be heated at the exact same time becase all the beams on that level failed at the exact same time.

For the undying 9/11 MORONIC JET FUEL ARGUMENT

For the undying 9/11 MORONIC JET FUEL ARGUMENT

As of this writing, the video boasts over 4.3 million views on YouTube, and that number is likely to just keep climbing. The funny thing is that it all started because of Facebook.

Speaking to SamePageNation, “I saw this thing on my timeline,” Tye said, “talking about how steel melts at 2,300 degrees and jet fuel only burns at 1,500.”  Tye said he tried to explain that melting steel wouldn’t be necessary to cause the steel to fail, but his words fell on deaf ears.

So, with that in mind, he turned to his partner and they shot the video.

The response has been…well, entertaining.

Some of the responses demanded Tye account for other aspects of the World Trade Center collapse.  “My point in all this is to show that steel folds well before it melts,” he told us.  As he points out in the video, he’s not addressing the idea of there having been some conspiracy to take down the World Trade Center.  “It’s just a bad argument,” he said. “I wasn’t recreating a specific thing, I was just pointing out one argument: that steel won’t melt.”  And yet, that’s not enough for many.  “I addressed a singular point, not the conspiracy,” Tye repeated.

Of course, this isn’t Tye’s first brush with fame.  Tye was featured as a competitor on the History Channel’sForged in Fire‘s first season.   Not to mention that Tye comes from an area that has a higher than usual concentration of fairly famous folks.  A 1995 graduate of Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia, Tye shares an alma mater with stars like Luke Bryan and American Idol Phillip Phillips, plus baseball star Buster Posey.   The reality star turned YouTube sensation laughs off any comparison between himself and those guys.  “The biggest difference is that if I open my mouth, it’s clear that they’re the ones with talent,” he said.

While some are posting rather mean spirited stuff about him on the internet, Tye is maintaining an easygoing sense of humor.  “I broke the internet” he laughs, talking about how people seem to be going nuts over the video.  How nuts?  Well, not counting the people who support the 9/11 conspiracy theories trying to call and convert Tye to their viewpoint, there’s apparently been at least one offer to buy the video from Tye.  He’s decided to decline selling it.  Right now at least.

Despite the latest brush with fame, Tye is maintaining his humility too.  One story he shared with SamePageNation makes it understandable how he can keep grounded.

Shortly after the show aired on the History Channel, Tye was talking with a friend. “He was joking with me about being famous,” Tye said.  Tye was speaking a little loud about being on a reality series, he reports, when a head popped out from around the gas pump.

“Are you that reality star?” the guy asked.

Tye said, “I bowed up and said, ‘Yes, sir.  I am.’”

The man looked at Tye and exclaimed, “I knew it  I knew it was you as soon as I heard you.  I’m a huge fan of Naked and Afraid!”

“Any pride I had at that point crawled out of me and up under my truck,” Tye told us with a laugh.

So what does Tye think about this latest publicity?  “Well, I’ve got a viral video, and it’s not a sex tape, so I’ll take that as a win.”  We reckon that puts him ahead of a lot of other former reality show stars.

Wouldn’t all the steel in the building have to be heated for total failure? So how many floor were below the floor the planes hit?

How could all the steel have turned into a wet noodle below where the plane hit?

He shows how strong the steel is, how could it all fail like a wet noodle?

This guy is an idiot, probably government sponsored.

    • Redeemer

Only the top of the buildings were on fire and what about building 7. Is he suggesting that the whole of the buildings metal frame was heated like the thin rod placed in his furnace until it became white hot!

Too many fumes in that workshop buddy!

A shill of the highest order!

    • Anonymous

It is just more BS. We know from all the other skyscrapers that have been on fire for 24 hours and still stayed up that this “Blacksmith story” is just more Cabal disinfo. In fact, it is time to scour some pictures from the Boston Marahoax and 911. Where have we seen his face before?

    • Deputy Dawg

I think the guy in this video has way more of an agenda than he is letting on. Debunking this character doesn’t take a whole lot of intelligence or special knowledge. The common fact that heated metal bends proves absolutely nothing however presenting this truism in the manor it was offered is a clear indicator of deception. What this asinine little demonstration really showed is that metal bends when heated. Big revelation, nobody thought of that yet? Honestly is I’ve never read or heard of any 9/11 truther suggesting anything to the contrary.

Basic logic would suggest that if heat were actually the causation of collapse then all beams would need to have been uniformly heated to identical temperatures in order for them to simultaneously bend. Still the question remains, would they disintegrate or bend? The obvious result of one beams heating faster or slower than others would be that the building would tip to one side or another. I am not saying who’s behind it but there is just no possible way a steal framed building could ever fall into it’s own shadow without controlled demolition. Its funny how some will give this nut credibility but will not listen to the literal sea of professionals questioning the official lie.

In this instance not one, not two, but three individual steal frame buildings did exactly the same thing. Was this an anomaly, a coincidence or something else, what does your brain tell you? That’s a rhetorical question, no need for response. If you are not yet convinced the official story is malarkey, chances are your mind is so scored free thought is probably not possible anymore.

      Peace

    • Anonymous

Did we see the signs of “metal bending”? Or did we see the signs of massive explosions that brought 3 buildings down in their own footprints at freefall speed?

    • LifeIs

      1. The steel frame of the Genbaku Dome survived having a nuclear bomb explode directly overhead, and it survived the firestorm that immediately followed. It’s still there.

      2. The melted steel found in the rubble could not have been melted by an open air fire.

      3. The “collapse from weakened steel” theory does not explain the collapse of the steel cores of the towers. Which were made using the same massive steel-box columns as the perimeter columns.

The idea is that the massive perimeter columns were pulled inward by collapsing floors, after the horizontal beams all failed at once. But the massive steel core is in the way of that.

      4. The “collapse from weakened steel” theory does not explain cavities under the steel cores, under the rubble. Nor does “undiscovered ice age cave.”

      5. Heat rises. Heat from a fire near the top of the building does not make the explosions that preceded each collapse. It does not make ground-level fireballs, which burned people and which were seen.

And I agree with the author, and with Mike, and with Redeemer, and with Anonymous and Anonymous.

      • LifeIs

And let’s not forget the February 13, 1975 fire in the North Tower, which burned for 3 hours over 6 floors.

    • Knarlydawg

Only a gristle head could use this ridiculous demonstration as a valid argument to justify the total BS excuse given to the public by our criminal, psychopath laden government. Did this meat head bother to say how long he had his 1/2″ thick piece of structural steel in the forced air fed mini blast furnace he uses to heat his steel in ? I don’t recall seeing any high velocity fans or blowers around in the towers to help super oxygenate the fires so “some” of the 2″ to 5″ thick side wall constructed 12″x36″ and up to 22″x 52″ columns could turn to noodles thus causing all of the non-heated structure bellow these floors to somehow offer next to zero resistance to the nearly free-fall speed collapse of the towers. This guy pounds steel all day for a reason…..he doesn’t exercise his brain anywhere close to an equivalent amount.

    • Mayhem

This guy is hoping no one notices his furnace is force fed air or that under subdued lighting the temperature could be 20% higher than what the apparent colour suggests. Damn thing looks white to me, the sparks when he strikes the anvil indicate it’s almost at melting temp, which is well over cooked.

      • CrowPie

“the sparks when he strikes the anvil indicate it’s almost at melting temp,”

I see you have never had to use and anvil to pound a part onto or off of a large piece of heavy equipment. For that matter…..you can get sparks from pounding rocks with a hammer.

        • CrowPie

” to use and anvil” should have read “to use a sledge hammer”

        • Mayhem

The anvil is hardened, CrowPie, as is your sledgehammer whereas the 1/2″ bar is not. Therefore they are not strike sparks but instead they are flakes of oxidization that forms on steel when it is heated close to melting temperature.

Oddly, though, you have twice accused me of only being interested in picking fights around here. Let the record show that you started on me and your opening gambit was altogether antagonistic. So be it and may you reap lots and lots of what you sow.

          • CrowPie

“The anvil is hardened, CrowPie,” So? He didn’t put heat to the anvil…..only the part that he was holding.

“flakes of oxidization that forms on steel when it is heated close to melting temperature.”

Doubtful that is the only reason that sparks ever occur when hard strikes are involved. I played as a child with hammers, sledge hammers, and pounded them on I beams that lay unused in my fathers work area. Sparks often flew by accident.

“you have twice accused me of only being interested in picking fights around here.”

So? You have charged others including myself with much worse for no reason other than you couldn’t defend your argument under the light of day.

“So be it and may you reap lots and lots of what you sow.”

Keep in mind that we teach others how to treat us, that includes you.
You spent years antagonizing others here…..and now your too delicate to be questioned or disagreed with……pfffft.

Buck up, baby. Life is not that bad.

            • Mayhem

You should stick to being wrong on medical matters, CrowPie, and stop pretending you know everything…

              /health/2015/12/is-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-cfs-a-non-hiv-aids-cover-up-2603162.html

… and what makes you think i’m interested in your childhood?

            • CrowPie

Of course your not interested in being proven wrong. You never are.

            • Mayhem

If and when i’m proven wrong, CrowPie, it’ll be due to facts not endearing childhood anecdotes. Facts like you can see the colour of the heated steel bar and facts like you can clearly hear the fan force feeding air to the furnace except those facts prove me right not wrong.

Were the “I” beams, in Daddy’s shed, glowing almost white and if not then how does this apply to kerosene being able to melt steel? Different sparks, CrowPie, like apples and oranges.

The twin towers were built on the principal of double redundancy so even if it were possible for Jet-A1 to melt steel it should have been possible to take out either an entire wall or every second column without the building failing catastrophically.

Double redundancy where other nearby columns are fully able to take the load from up to half of the columns. “Other columns”, hmm, lets see Mr Blacksmith make a ladder out of half inch bar then heat up one leg and bend that puppy over sideways with his pinky finger. Not “fold in half” but bend sideways as it would relate to a ladder.

Oh and the colour range should be red, cherry red not bright red, and certainly not almost white.

            • CrowPie

“Were the “I” beams, in Daddy’s shed, glowing almost white”

Dad could weld two tin snuff can tops together so smoothly that they looked like a solid coin when he was done…….so YES! Often they were hot….but not while I was able to bang around on them.

Welding is one talent I never tried to learn. But sparks are still no indication of your being right or wrong. Neither is whether his system is forced air or not.

You simply don’t want to accept the truth…..a blacksmith knows more about the subject matter than you.

            • Mayhem

Although i don’t see the relevance, all the arguments i make are easily searchable, i do happen to have a little knowledge regarding working with steel.

As it happens i’m a nearly 40 year veteran heavy steel fabricator, or Fitter Welder, whose current roles include training and quality control along with building stuff.

I spend about half my time working with 1″-2″ alloyed steel plate and the rest of the time it’s a little lighter.

I have gathered up a wealth of experience in the construction, transportation, fabrication and maintenance fields which is partly due to having a bleepy attitude and being a shiftless hobo.

I’ve lost count of the number of welding certificates i’ve held, they only last between 1 & 3 yrs depending on how long you’ve continuously held them, just as i’ve lost count of the number of welds that were subject to x-ray or ultrasound analysis.

As a senior Tradesman i’m almost, but not quite, peerless. So much so that i’ve had to tell a handful of bosses to stop introducing me as the best thing there because it is embarrassing and rather makes one a target.

So yeah i think i’ve got a bit of an idea what i’m looking at in that video plus i teach hardening and tempering of carbon steels, to apprentices, so it’s in my best interest to know all about the heated steel colour spectrum.

Speaking of the video here is an in-depth critique, or put another way, what sort of backwoods hillbilly redneck set up do we have going on here?

              1) – Why is the anvil loose and not properly stapled to the wooden base?

              2) – What sort of, flaming hot, workshop allows for sawdust, and boxes of off-cuts, to be left under the drop saw?

              3) – Storing oils, aerosols and who knows what else on open fronted shelves within 20ft of an ignition source is acceptable on what planet?

              4) – Who in their right mind wears their safety glasses as an ornament while carrying almost white hot steel around let alone striking an anvil with the nearly molten end?

              5) – Why weren’t any principles of construction considered?

In conclusion: Trent Tye might well have taken time out of his busy day but it was wasted time in my opinion.

            • CrowPie

If you have a problem with the things you listed in your latest commentary…..then you wouldn’t last one moment in the south.

The last ‘two’ welding shops I have entered were polar opposites of one another.

              1. is fantastically clean, orderly and safety oriented.

the second is little more than a metal, portable garage shed with a giant wench on a frame for lifting heavy items as the owner is past the age of sixty.

Both know one another and both knew my dad. All three claimed the others were better than themselves……although when challenged to compare their work……once identical pieces of work were finished and passed around…you couldn’t tell who did what piece. The work was beautifully done. None willing to admit it. Bystanders were amazed that three totally different personalities and styles offered the same results.

The difference in those men and you…..is that they all put others before themselves with all humility.

You can complain about other people all you like……but criticism is just a backhanded self compliment.

“As a senior Tradesman i’m almost, but not quite, peerless”

Your conceit knows no end.

            • Mayhem

Is it where i said “almost, but not quite,” that makes me conceited, CrowPie, or was it where i claimed “to have a little knowledge” or that i had “a bit of an idea”

And if it’s none of the above wtf are you on about and did you not catch where i made it clear that my personal experience had no relevance?

I merely answered what i thought was a question and while that might be presumptuous the alternative is that you were simply telling me what i was thinking, again.

            • CrowPie

Wow. You can see the small words in your OWN posts…..why can’t you see them in other peoples comments?

How about you start giving other people the decency and respect that you demand for yourself.

            • Mayhem

I don’t allow hypocritical, sexist, lying, racist, bigoted morons to lecture me on respect, CrowPie, and suggest that if you want to be shown respect then you could do worse than offering the same to others.

Are straw-man arguments, based on a false premise (read “lie”), your idea of being respectful…

              /spirit/2015/12/the-covenant-2498150.html#comment_225398

… or is your lack of apology, when you’re shown to be wrong, an example of where the respect is at?

            • Mayhem

Or is calling people “retard” then trying to pass it off as a joke, when called on it, your idea of respect?

              /police-state/2015/12/all-signs-point-to-a-coming-un-police-action-to-seize-american-guns-2650.html#comment_9958

Do you, CrowPie, have any idea what respect means?

            • CrowPie

“I don’t allow hypocritical, sexist, lying, racist, bigoted morons to lecture me on respect,”

It’s so funny you should make such a statement. If you don’t like how I have behaved the last few months toward you……then you should keep in mind that I learned ‘those behaviors”

              FROM YOU.

            • Mayhem

“I learned ‘those behaviors” – FROM YOU.”

Even if that were true, CrowPie, (more on that in a moment) when did the world get flipped upside down allowing two wrongs to make a right? Or, more simply put, if i stuck my head in an oven would you do the same?

The difference, CrowPie, between my behaviour and yours is palpable in that I generally quote or provide links when i’m accusing others of social ineptitude or moral deficiency/bankruptcy. There are three examples of this right here in this thread and if necessary i can provide more proof.

The difference, CrowPie, when i hurl insults i don’t claim it’s all in fun or hide between a duplicitous political correctness. The difference, CrowPie, is i’ve got the backbone to stand behind my comments.

Regarding the topic, that Kerosene fires can melt structural steel, have you any idea how long this skyscraper toppling conflagration lasted?..

              https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3iKLz4oatY

… Let me save you having to hurt your little brain. Five seconds, CrowPie, the fuel fire lasted about five seconds. Right then; stick that half inch steel bar into a Jet-Fuel fire (not a furnace) for five seconds and let us know if it glows almost white hot.

    • Knarlydawg

After viewing these images (http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/evidence/photos/wtccons2.html), this guy definitely showed us how brain dead he and anyone else, who believes this 1/2″ structural steel demo has any relevant value, really are.

    • jlwise1949

There is a thing about mass. The 47 center support columns were 12″x36″ 2″ thick. The I beams that surrounded the buildings were at least 12″X12″ by 1/2″ Lets see Tye Put a section of either beam in his forge and see how long it takes him to get them up to 1,000 degrees. As the de bunkers claim I think it took 1 hr to bring those towers down due to the structural steel to get hot enough to fail…..This is what mass means its different to heat a 1/2″ rod to 1500 degrees now try heating a piece of the center support columns and see how long it takes . I guarantee he won’r be able to do it in his forge. Any bets?

The Black Smith should stick to his job.

Nobody asked him for a low IQ Answer

We already got that from the perpetrators agents

I’m hope he enjoys what is coming to him.

Maybe it will feel like a hot poker up his ice hole.
      Maybe he likes that.

      And for everyone else
      Cut the pretending
You don’t know the difference between a right and a privilage

You will get the same hot poker.

      Tell me the truth.

    • CatHunter

YGBFSM!!! Get a structural engineer and a chemist to debunk it. Not some sooty blacksmith.

Who is the bigger idiot: the blacksmith or the poster of this bullsh*t article? Likely some government sh*thead troll. Your tax dollars at work.
