Especially one with an immense gravitational field would be required for the axis shift in question to occur. Mongoose that’s ridiculous. Whether the video is fake or not, I don’t know, but we see a disk, with sharp edges. (not a bright spot in the sky, or glare, which is what sun dogs are)
There is no circle around the sun. And the disk is close to the sun. And the little tree branches are seen as a silhouette, which you get from dim light and not glare.
I’m a photographer of 20+ years. This is not a lens flare or a sundog. A sundog is produced when there are ice crystals high in the atmosphere and refract sunlight. Look them up and you’ll see the major difference in appearance.

The footage is being shot from behind a window or glass door. It is a sun dog or a reflection on the glass, sorry to disappoint.
Perhaps sun dog was not the correct term. Window reflection might be more accurate. I’ve seen many videos faked in the same way.

1. An object that is in the direction of the Sun would not be seen at night.
2. An dim object in that direction would not be seen when the Sun is bright. Just as you don’t see stars in the day time, or when the Moon is bright.
3. At sunrise and sunset, the sunlight is passing through more of the atmosphere and whatever haze there may be. Much of its light is blocked, that’s why we sometimes see reddish light only.
So instead of a patch of sky too bright to look at, in the video, we see two disks.

And if you’re suggesting refraction inside the camera, no, because that would not produce silhouettes of tree branches.
I have the best vision when a UV filter is used, you see it even better than this video because you can also see it’s 2 moon’s.
There haven’t been any clear sunsets in SoCal for some time now. They are always smudged up by chemtrails and/or the marine layer. Almost all the videos of Planet X have some kind of cloud surrounding the setting sun. If there is a definitive video, this is probably the closest we can get to one.

Raqiya (Firmament) A Hebrew term meaning: vault or dome of heaven(sky) supporting waters above. So according to infallible word of God we are protected by a dome. LUKE 21:25 “There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves”. The other thing if you notice is the sun and moon are nothing more than lights. they were set in the firmament. Here’s something to ponder, if you were wanting to brighten a room would you get a light as big as a football stadium? no you would find a spot light bright enough to illuminate that room. That is all the sun is a bright spotlight and its only about 3000 miles away. Also scriptures tells us that the moon gives off its own light. You can check this one for yourself . Go get one of those laser thermometers and during the day point it at something the the sun is shining on and record the temp. Now point the same laser at a shaded area, you will of course find that the temp in the shaded area is lower. Now do the same with moon light, you will notice that the shade from the moon the temp is higher. Why, if the sun is reflecting off the moon then the moonlight should be a higher temp than that is shaded from the moonlight. That’s because the moon absorbs heat. Things that make you go “huh”. So we have been lied to for over 500 years for the deception that is to come. There is no space, there is no planets, just wondering stars . So then you ask what are theses anomalies that people are seeing. The bible speaks of Satan falling to earth. Revelation 12:12 Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! There are many armature astronomers on ATS and they were able to debunk Planet X or Nibiru. To this day it cannot be found, it is a hoax to make money off of fear.
