Alabama Chief Justice Moore Boldly Rejects Us Supreme Court's Illegal Legislation

Genesis 2:24, “Therefore shall a MAN leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his WIFE: and they shall be one flesh.”

October 21, 2016- In a rare demonstration of faith in Jesus and the Holy Scriptures, Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore has righteously and boldly rejected the U.S. Supreme Court’s evil ‘decision’ to change the definition of marriage; a demonic definition in which the court redefines marriage to now include same sex unions.

Judge Moore ordered Alabama’s probate judges to ignore the U.S. Supreme Court’s corrupt overreach in redefining the covenant of marriage, and REFUSE to issue same sex marriage licenses to the homosexuals and self-proclaimed transgendered persons requesting them.

For his open rejection and refusal to obey the clearly evil Supreme Court edict, Judge Moore was convicted of judicial ethics violations by the Alabama Court of Judiciary. However, the COJ did not remove him from the bench as it did when Judge Moore refused to remove a Ten Commandments monument from the state judicial building. This time they decided to suspend him until the end of his judicial term on Alabama’s Supreme Court, in 2019.

Meanwhile, Judge Moore will NOT go quietly. He is presently appealing the suspension. His chief defender, Liberty Counsel founder Mat Staver, said there is still “no justice” in Montgomery, Alabama.

All praise and glory to Jesus for Judge Moore’s willingness to once again stand for God’s word and God’s ways no matter the cost to his person. May we pray for him and also ask the Lord to prepare our hearts for obedience to the TRUTH and our confession of faith, irregardless of the corrupt and contrary oppressive laws and decrees that fallen man makes …or the cost to our lives.
