Not to be too nerdy but the color that the sun appears to you is going to be determined by many factors such as water vapor in air, angle of rays hitting the atmosphere, reflection/ refraction and more. So, what is happening is science.

Can you explain to me what is causing the burst of blue light that makes everything go from dark to bright day light?
At first I thought I was the camera adjusting to the Sun light at sunset until one day I recorded a storm at the same camera, Indian Shores and it happened mltiple times.
