Johnathan Jones for Western Journalism reports, Actress Rosie O’Donnell is facing a major backlash this week after she shared a video on Twitter speculating that President-elect Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron, might suffer from autism.

Rosie O’Donnell Responds After Being Slammed for Asking if Barron Trump Is Autistic — And She’s Not Apologizing
Rosie O’Donnell and Donald Trump have had a complicated relationship over the years. Their feud seemed to reach an all new level of low last week when O’Donnell asked if Trump’s 10-year-old son has autism.
YouTube user James Hunter posted a video of Barron Trump fidgeting with the title, “Is Barron Trump Autistic? #StopTheBullying.” O’Donnell tweeted the video.
People were quick to call her out for using a 10-year-old as ammo in her feud with Donald Trump. Rosie defended herself, saying her feelings towards Donald Trump had nothing to do with her tweet.
Rosie O’Donnell’s statement starts out as an explanation of her own experience in an effort to demonstrate that her tweet was out of concern and advocacy for the autism community, not out of scorn for Donald.
