The president elect and every credible science and scientist has said the same. Climate change via government mandates was a tax hoax. Climate is changing but nothing and I mean nothing MAN can do will change a darn thing about it. Throughout the history of the planet the CO2 levels FOLLOW natural temperature variations. CO2 does not control global temperature.
Right now C02 is at a minuscule 0.04% and of that amount only about 3% of that is caused by humans, the reset is almost exclusively from the oceans.
We’ve gone into ice ages when the levels were 4000ppm.
