ALPS OutdoorZ expands Extreme pack line to female hunters

ALPS OutdoorZ has set its sights on female hunters, introducing a new backpack called the Monarch X specifically designed for women.

The outdoor company says the Monarch X accomodates female shapes better than standard backpacks that may ordinarily prove uncomfortable for lady hunters. The Monarch X features a shorter torso length and contoured Lycra shoulder straps for a more comfy fit.

Made from sturdy 1680D Nylon Ballistic Fabric, the Monarch X is outfitted to withstand the rigors of outdoor hunting. A rain cover is even included to combat wetter days.

The hybrid pack functions as both a meat-hauler and standard daypack. For huntresses in the field, a stow-away meat shelf allows meat to be hauled out from the field and back home. The backpack comes with a rifle or bow drop-down pocket, while side fleece-lined wing pockets provide a large opening for spotting scopes or additional gear.

The Monarch X extends the Extreme line of packs while already has several options in its lineup. ALPS OutdoorZ  said the addition of a women’s daypack fills a notable void in the hunting pack world. The Monarch X will begin shipping in in the fall with a MSRP of $199.99.
