Two days ago a Ademo Freeman was confronted by a police employee and is now caged. The justification put-forth by his captor? That Ademo possessed a plant — cannabis.
Let’s review Ademo’s situation through the lens of common sense (which imparts to us the fact that when there is no victim there is no crime).
Ademo did not harm anyone. Ademo did not damage anyone’s property. But Jeffrey Martin — the other party involved in the interaction — did harm someone (he seized and caged Ademo’s person) and he did damage someone’s property (he busted the lock on the suitcase found inside Ademo’s vehicle).
Yet it is Ademo who is now being held in a small, cold concrete room and it is Ademo who is being threatened with years in a cage. Meanwhile Martin has faced no consequences for his aggressive actions and in fact he will be compensated, via a paycheck, for the rights-violations he doled out.
Confronted with more of this illogical “justice” in legaland, word on the street is that Ademo has expressed his interest in lawyering-up. That is, working with someone more familiar with the purposefully convoluted legalese upon which the injustice system rests. On a related front, Barry Cooper — who, before seeing through the lies and harm, behaved in Texas in a manner similar to what Martin still unthinkingly does in Ohio — has stated that he will donate his time and skills to assist Ademo. Cooper’s passion and knowledge, will certainly be welcome.
As was outlined by Ian Freeman, Ademo is slated to be brought to the Warren County Municipal Court building this Tuesday, February 14th for his foray into legaland. The charade will be spearheaded by Robert S. Fischer. Fischer, or Rob as he’s called on the website of a law firm where he’s worked, is touted as being a “trained mediator.” Perhaps that means he’ll be more inclined to see through the absolutely ludicrous threats levied at Ademo?

And finally, let’s not overlook the fact that since Martin stopped Ademo, this scenario — a peaceful person being caged for possessing a plant — has been experienced by thousands of others in the USSA, which underscores just how perverted the “justice” system is.
