NDAA: Ammon Bundy Tortured by Prison Guards Like He Is a Vietnam P.O.W. (Video)
We the people need to stop believing that America is still the land of the free and home of the brave. I’m sorry I am forcing you to take off your Rose colored glasses, I know the world seems much safer and kinder to you as you remain in your delusional bubble that is not reality.
The hard truth is that America is now a Tyrannical Police State where you can be arrested under the color of law and thrown into a Fed gulag, tortured and held without bail for over 15 months as the government continues to push out your trial multiple times. If Judge Navarro approves the government’s motion (which she always does) to again postpone the tier one trial out to October, that would mean these 5 other men would have spent over 20 months in a fed gulag without bail. I know what you’re thinking, this can’t be real? This could never happen in America? She must be exaggerating?
Well America, unfortunately I am not exaggerating, as yesterday at a C.C.A private prison located in Pahrump, NV, Ammon Bundy was shackled and beaten up by the prison guards before he was taken from the cell to the shower stall. Then his arms were handcuffed behind his back and Ammon was thrown into a 3×3 shower stall for over 12 hrs with no food or water. All this occurred over an incident with Ammon having a t-shirt hanging on his bunk.
After spending more than a month in Solitary Confinement, Ammon and Ryan Bundy are back in the hole.
Ammon and Ryan Bundy, two of Cliven Bundy’s sons facing trial stemming from the Bunkerville Protest, have been faced with cruel and inhuman abuses from the Federal prison system.
They have endured weeks of solitary confinement with no proper sewage or hygiene. Living in a small cell with little-to-no ventilation all because they finally refused to be assaulted on a regular basis through strip searches.
They have endured strip searches going to and from video visits. Yes, you heard that right. If they receive a visit on a TV monitor, in a building that has no physical visitors and no way for a prisoner to come into contact with anyone that is not a guard, they have been forced into a strip search both coming and going from their visit.
They are not allowed to talk to their attorney’s without enduring strip searches, both coming and going.
When they finally had enough of the violation of their 4th amendment rights, the guards put them into solitary confinement. This small cell had no proper water or sewage facilities. The toilets did not work. They were given no toilet paper, or any other hygiene items.
They were kept in this small cell for over a month.

Have the attorneys failed to file a Writ of Habeas Corpus. I know the courts have a reputation for rejecting them but not always. No question there is grounds for immediate release (at least on bail).
The criminals are running the corporate jails and the patriots suffer in them. I really hope the Jury goes for nullification in the Bundy case and the Bundy’s then sue the heck out of the corporate state and for profit jail system, get a huge judgment and and have all the state and court actors charged with crimes and have to face a jury trial.

It seems that all Righties can do is express their dislike for whats going on. The left on the other hand goes out and protests to show their dislike while righties wring their hands waiting for someone else to do something in stead of standing up for those who can’t defend themselves. They run around in circles in panic that the sky is falling. No back bones any where on the right!

There ARE people standing up.. but we don’t make the news because we aren’t destroying property or throwing rocks. Hmm Yep, there is a dramatic difference in how “the right” protests, I agree.
This is horrific, make me so furious. Our judicial system is so corrupt. I hate our judicial system and our crooked government. We will never see justice there are to many crooked judges, sheriffs and policemen. These b_ _ _ _ _ _ s need to pay for this. Inhuman!!!

Maybe the Bundy’s will get credit for time served and will only have to do 44 years instead of 45 years in Federal prison. That would be a blessing for them.
