(Before It's News)

He is the best known martial artist of the last century. And while Bruce Lee has countless movies and demonstrations available for viewing, something we’ve never actually seen is the founder of Jeet Kune Do in a full-on fight.

Now, according to Bruce Lee Central, a recently restored video of Bruce Lee fighting one of his leading students Ted Wong has emerged.

Wong was a dedicated student of Lee’s, and never trained in any other styles, eventually going on to become an instructor of Lee’s pure form of Jeet Kune Do.

In the video, Lee demonstrates his stunning speed and power, as Wong takes numerous beatings but keeps coming back for more:

A truly divine combination of power and grace.

What is “real” about sparing with a helmet and chest protectors on?

I think the poster is using “real”, meaning the fight isn’t for a tv or film production. I’m also willing to bet that if Bruce Lee hit you, even with protection it would feel very real.

That’s a mighty big “IF” considering he has been dead for many years.
By your reasoning, i guess if I climb in a Disney pod that simulates going to Mars, i really went because TV wasn’t filming it.

Bruce Lee die a few years ago of colon cancer. Upon starting his career and realizing the racism against the Asian people in America he realized he had gone as far as he could possibly go with his perceived limitations. Eventually this led to him faking his death and becoming a different person through many surgeries. When im asked what Bruce Lee films I like I say all of them, except ghost that was a real stink movie. Bruce Lee became Patrick Swayze. It is given away in Road House. Just have to be able to see.

So Bruce Lee grew over two inches in the jump to Swayze?

I saw a fight at Walmart between two fat women that looked more “real” than this.
