To prepare for a firefight in the real world, you have to consider the worst case scenario, and train yourself to overcome it. You have to abandon any immature fantasies you have and accept reality. No matter how good you think you are, you can still get shot in places that can significantly hinder your ability to shoot back. So don’t settle for just shooting at paper targets.
