US Diplomats Brain Damaged From Sound Weapons

• US diplomats stationed in Cuba suffered from permanent brain injury and hearing loss that US officials concluded was the result of an advanced sound weapon.
• Mainstream media sources report no such devices exist, yet they do and similar devices have been used in riot control in Ferguson, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Occupy Wall Street.

Ever since President Barack Obama’s reestablishment of diplomatic relations with Cuba in 2015, the newly arrived diplomats stationed in the Havana embassy immediately experienced numerous forms of harassment, such as break-ins and surveillance.

Then in late 2016, a reported 10 US, 5 Canadian diplomats and their family members began to suffer from mysterious nausea, hearing loss, balance issues, mild traumatic brain injury, and central nervous system damage.

The Associated Press reported: “After months of investigation, U.S. officials concluded that the diplomats had been exposed to an advanced device that operated outside the range of audible sound and had been deployed either inside or outside their residences. It was not immediately clear if the device was a weapon used in a deliberate attack, or had some other purpose.”

“The US officials weren’t authorized to discuss the investigation publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.”

All media sources report that the victims never heard anything, except for a CNN report, which claims  two officials described “a deafeningly loud sound similar to the buzzing created by insects or metal scraping across a floor,” though no one knew where that sound came from.

Experts across the board claim no such sonic device exists, although some come close.

So if this technology does not exist, why would US officials conclude that these diplomats were targeted by an advanced sound weapon?

Psycho-Acoustic Projector

U.S. patent #3,566,347. February 23, 1971

“… a system for producing aural psychological disturbances and partial deafness of the enemy during combat situations … while simultaneously providing effective communication with other individuals (while maintaining radio silence).” 

At the time it was patented, it was capable of being mounted on a vehicle or aircraft – and that was back in 1971.

Imagine what it can do now. This device very well could have been the culprit.

The Neurophone

A device that converts sound to electrical impulses. In its original form electrodes were placed on the skin but with defense department developments, the signals can be delivered via satellite. They then travel the nervous system directly to the brain (bypassing normal hearing mechanisms).

It is a 3D holographic sound system, which means the device can deceive the victim into thinking the sound came from any location … if they even hear the sound at all.

While this device is said to be used to transmit ‘voices’ via satellite, again one could imagine how this invention has been developed since the 70′s. 

Then in February of 2004, The Council on Foreign Relations issued a report on sonic weapons, arguing that their availability would have helped in the immediate post-combat period in Iraq to reduce looting and sabotage, and that immediate funding was needed.

This report warned that “television coverage of encounters involving [nonlethal weapons] can still be repugnant, and it would be desirable to provide reliable information to minimize unwarranted criticism.” 

Do not let the public know what we are developing and using in the middle east.

The Pentagon, DARPA, the Air Foce Research Laboratory, United States Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, and the Naval Research Laboratory are all openly researching directed energy weapon technologies that:

“… can be used discreetly as radiation above and below the visible spectrum is invisible and does not generate sound.”

Now you begin to see this type of technology being used against us.

LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Devices) Sound Cannons

This device may seem more familiar, as it has been used in riot control, such as in Ferguson, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Occupy Wall Street, and the Eric Garner protests in New York. 

The LRAD 500X-RE “achieves maximum sound projection and penetration beyond 2,000 meters” and according to a report by the Economist in 2004, “it is able to blast sounds in a narrow beam with great clarity” and causes immediate headaches and pain, with a potential for hearing loss. 

Though not covert, 2,000 meters is quite the distance and could have been aimed at the diplomats homes.

A powerful mass-psychology weapon demonstrated in the 2015 Baltimore riots, which caused people, who were mostly school children, to erupt in a crazed frenzy of rioting, burning and looting.

Violence justifies a physical militarized police response. 

These weapons are just the tip of the iceberg. 

So when media sources report that the U.S. diplomats were hit with a mysterious weapon, what they mean is technology they are not allowed to discuss – or they just haven’t bothered to do a little research.
