TX Pastor Has Prophetic Warning About Trump & North Korea That Liberals Will Hate

The media have once again erupted over President Donald Trump’s bold response to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un’s threats of war, claiming that the U.S. President has no right to issue such statements. However, one pastor has just come forward with a prophetic message that obliterates the left’s agenda.

Dallas megachurch evangelist Robert Jeffress is one of the few Christian preachers in the West who is unwilling to submit to political correctness. Garnering hostility from the left over the last few years, Jeffress refuses to keep quiet concerning the Bible’s hardline stance on issues like homosexuality, illegal immigration, and the Democratic platform. Now, Jeffress has again raised his voice with a seemingly prophetic word about Trump, North Korea, and the left’s obsession with defying our president — and it’s one that liberals will have a tough time swallowing.

According to Dallas News, Jeffress not only cited biblical passages that denounce those who disrespect the president but invoked heavenly words of wisdom about Trump’s handling of Kim Jong Un.

“When it comes to how we should deal with evil doers, the Bible, in the book of Romans, is very clear: God has endowed rulers full power to use whatever means necessary – including war – to stop evil,” Jeffress said. “In the case of North Korea, God has given Trump authority to take out Kim Jong Un.”
The passage to which Jeffress is referring is in Romans 13, which unmistakably commands people to obey and respect world leaders as God has allowed them to be elected either to bring down His judgment upon a sinful nation or bless them for their adherence to the Word.

Romans 13:1-2: Every person must obey the leaders of the land. There is no power given but from God, and all leaders are allowed by God. The person who does not obey the leaders of the land is working against what God has done. Anyone who does that will be punished.

The chapter further explains that we all must obey the law of the land whether we agree with it or not, as long as we are first obeying God’s commands. The passage adds that if we do not follow the law, we are to suffer the legal punishment. Jeffress cited the scripture while declaring that this means that God has given Trump the authority to go to war with North Korea or any other enemy state in order to protect our nation and rid the world of evildoers.

“That gives the government to the authority to do whatever, whether it’s assassination, capital punishment or evil punishment to quell the actions of evildoers like Kim Jong Un,” he said.
Jeffress also debunked the left’s typical scripture-twisting, reminding listeners that commands like “do not repay evil for evil” apply to Christian civilians who were not given the authority of government leadership. He confirmed that we are not to retaliate against those who wrong us but forgive and “turn the other cheek.” However, he concluded that world leaders are granted the right of defending their nation by physical force from those who undermine both God’s Law and the law of the land.

Jeffress even pointed to Scripture to prove that Trump’s wall is undeniably biblical, according to The Washington Post. He reminded that when Nehemiah helped rebuild the city of Jerusalem, he ordered the construction of a massive wall around the city to protect its citizens from infiltrators.

The first step of rebuilding the nation, Jeffress said, was the building of a wall around Jerusalem to protect its citizens. “You see, God is not against building walls,” Jeffress said in his sermon at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Washington. “Some Christians, perhaps younger Christians, have to think this through,” Jeffress said. “It’s antithetical to some of the mushy rhetoric you hear from some circles today. Frankly, it’s because they are not well taught in the scriptures.”

God’s answer to those suffering persecution, famine, and political turmoil in foreign nations was for Christians to go into those countries and share the Gospel. It wasn’t to bring them en masse to our cities. The latter only endangers our own country by spiritual, physical, and political infiltration which history has repeatedly proven destroys free and godly nations.
