Russia Unleashes Weather Warfare! Has it’s “Eye” on San Juan! Amazing Video!

In retaliation of the what Russia deemed an “Act Of War” when the US not only forced the closure of three Russian embassies, but forcibly entered the San Fransico Embassy, searching and seizing Russian property without the required notification and oversight by any Russian diplomats! Allegedly, Putin’s response was the activation of a “Weather Weapon” that is far more powerful than the USA’s HAARP ionosphere heating facility in Alaska. Since that time the US has been hit by several major Hurricanes and earthquakes that have caused enormous financial and human suffering.

This video shows the accuracy of this Weather Weapon in realtime. It shows the most powerful Northeast quadrant of hurricane Maria’s eye running directly through San Juan, Puerto Rico. What are the odds of three Cat 4 + hurricanes all hitting high population areas of US territory all within a 3 week period? We have never seen anything like this in modern history, and the cost in dollars and human suffering is staggering.

What’s next? Is Jose going to reemerge and flood New York City, or maybe Maria will strengthen again and threaten the east coast.
