It should go without saying…but I’m gonna say it anyway. No person on this planet needs the permission of any other person on this planet to possess the ability to meet deadly force with deadly force where a situation demands immediate forceful action!
In other words, it doesn’t matter if you’re a single mom, an elderly couple going about your business, a 250 dude trained in martial arts, or a school teacher; you have the individual right to carry a firearm to defend yourself, and those around you, should a mad man enter your zone of influence and start harming people with HIS firearm.
It is insane to me, to consider that there are people out there who actually think it’s a good idea to be armed only with mace or a cell phone so you can call 911. What good do emergency services do you when you need help right NOW. You or your loved ones are about to be shot within seconds. And when those SECONDS count, help is MINUTES away! Useless. Besides…who are you calling to help you neutralize the bad guy with a gun? Another dude….with a GUN!!
If you’re trained in the use of and carry a firearm with you at all times, you ARE the good guy with a gun…and you don’t have to wait for anybody.

In one State the Police Chief determines if you can conceal and carry, which is unconstitutional. Last I heard he has not done that for anybody. But a couple of weeks ago he was investigated by the FBI and this basturd has been fired and faces numerous criminal charges. He faces years in prison.

Carry a concealed weapon regardless of the law. It’s better to be illegally alive than legally dead. Which would you rather lose, a few grand or your life (or that of a loved one)? And if you don’t brandish it, or tell anyone about it, the odds of getting caught are slim indeed.
There’s only one reason for anyone to EVER attempt to disarm you and that’s so they can make you their victim.

LOl in Sweden and Germany, There are more regulations on gun control than the US and there are less gun related incidences. Especially with migrants. Most of them are still done by Local nationals

Japan’s murder rate is about 5x lower than the United States. However, the Japanese are highly intelligent people and run by a code of honor, and for the most part are humble people, but it does not mean they are perfect. They still are human and have the original sin in them, like everybody else.
My cousin went there a few years ago and she said she felt perfectly safe there. Even bicycling at night.

I’d suggest you’d best do a reality check and look at Mexico, I live just a few hours drive north of there. VERY strict immigration and gun laws. You get caught illegally in Mexico and you don’t have the bribe money to front to get you out of Dutch- you are fried. There is only one gun store in Mexico- government operated- yet the guns are all over the place, including the state of the art select fire military stuff, for sale to anyone who has the money to front. I have known for many years far too many Mexicans who have independently confirmed this to me to doubt it too much.

I am still bemusedly trying to figure out what Switzerland has to do with Mexico, save SIG supplying a few hundred Mondragon rifles to them prior to the start of the Revolution in about 1911.

I do want to be charitable and point out to you that in the case of India, firearms laws were instituted by the British Raj as a means of keeping the Indian people under control. If you had bothered to do any research and studied the words of Gandhi, you would find he said it was one of the biggest mistakes the British made in India.
The Japanese controls started back in the feudal era because firearms in the hands of the peasantry “rendered the collection of taxes difficult” as one document from that time period puts it.
