North Korean Talks Have Been In Progress For Weeks

Last night President Donald Trump stated the following.

U.S., North Korea “have had direct talks at very high levels, extremely high levels. I really believe there’s a lot of goodwill. Lot of good things are happening.”

It also came to light that Mike Pompeo had secretly met with Kim Jong Un over Easter Weekend. Clearly, there are things going on behind the scenes that aren’t being reported. Could Trump be trying to build a larger army behind the scenes in trying to steal the North to his side under China’s nose? It would be smart to have someone so close to China with nuclear power, but it’s also unlikely that that is even happening. Trump did state that between Pompeo and Kim Jong Un that “a good relationship was formed.” I for one am interested in how this will turn out and what will come of this development.
