One of these, and It happens to be one of my favourite topics to speculate on is something commonly referred to as the Breakaway Civilization.

We often go back to the time of the Nazi’s & things like the Nazi bell. People like Werner Von Braun & operation paperclip. But this goes back way further, much further in time.
