Coral Evidence of Pole Shifts

I review evidence of previous pole shifts from many different fields of science.  One source of evidence comes from CORAL. Bands of different species of coral circle our planet around the equator.  And identical bands of ancient coral circle the world where previous equators were, going many pole shifts back into prehistory…

“Wherever there are shallow oceans near the Earth’s equator, there are tropical coral reefs. The water must be shallow – no more than about 200 feet deep – or the algae Zooxanthellae with which the corals live in a symbiotic relationship don’t get enough light for photosynthesis. Corals can live anywhere within about 30 degrees north or south of the equator where the water stays above 16 degrees Centigrade, (61 F) but various species are very sensitive to heat and can only survive in a narrow temperature range of a few degrees. Some thrive in the hottest tropical waters, others in cooler seas with seasonal variations a bit farther from the equator. Think of it as distinct stripes of coral species running parallel with the equator. If the surface of the Earth stayed fixed in its current orientation for millions of years, there would only be one circle of coral reefs around our planet at our current equator.

But instead there are many bands of ancient coral remains marking many previous equators, criss-crossing the Earth every which way. Ancient coral reefs buried in sedimentary rocks are a common source of oil in the Middle East and other regions. One ancient coral equator even bisects the Arctic Ocean. As Professor Charles Hapgood tells us in Earth’s Shifting Crust, there is even “evidence of warm coralline seas stretching right across Antarctica.” He cited coral expert Dr. Ting Ying H. Ma of the University of Fukien, China – formerly the founder of the Geology and Oceanography departments at the University of Taipei and the Chief of the Oceanographic Section of the Chinese Geographical Institute. After noting corals in Alaska, Spitzbergen, and Antarctica, Dr. Ma concluded that many total displacements of the entire outer crust of the earth must have taken place.

In Ma’s own words, the evidence he found in ancient coral reefs could only be explained by “the sudden sliding of the solid earth shell over the liquid core” leading to “a sudden change in latitudinal positions.” (Ma, Ting-Ying H., 1953, Research on Past Climate and Continental Drift (v. 6): The Sudden Total Displacement of the Outer Solid Earth Shell by Slidings Relative to the Fixed Rotating Core of the Earth., p. 13 and p. 5) The movements must have been fast, because the edges of the coral bands are not blurred and spread out as they would be if a gradual pole shift had occurred over centuries or millennia and allowed the coral to gradually grow into adjoining areas.

(One ancient equator crossed the locations of many ancient monuments – Macchu Picchu, the Pyramids at Giza, Petra, Mohenjo Daro, Ankhor Wat, Easter Island, etc…)

In his examinations of ancient coral reefs, it was clear that the width of coralline seas remained steady, that global temperatures remained steady (there were no global ice ages cooling down the entire planet and killing off sensitive coral species) – the evidence suggested that the continents repeatedly moved together as a single shell and repositioned new lands and seas within the tropical band capable of supporting coral near the equator. Such cataclysms also explained how ancient coral reefs are found at much greater depths where coral reefs never form. (There are cold-water corals at higher latitudes and at lower depths, such as off the coast of Scotland, but they form patches, not reefs like in the tropics.)

Ma’s analysis of coral showed that the waters around Japan and China had a much warmer climate in the Pleistocene Age than it does today (much like Siberia was a lot warmer.) One of his much older ancient equators passed through the Ural Mountains in Russia, and through Sichuan and Yunnan provinces in China. Many times corals showed our cardinal directions were different, for example in one period waters around England and France were much warmer than Germany, indicating England and France were both closer to the equator, and that Germany, presumably, was north of both of them. Coral equators passing through what is now the Arctic Ocean, and through Antarctica, were already noted above…”

This excerpt on corals presents a tiny fraction of the evidence supporting the idea that  POLE SHIFTS happen in regular, periodic cycles – and that we are due for another catastrophe soon.
