Constitution-Trampling Cops Swarm Man & Get Schooled Big Time

I realize how easy it is to sit behind this microphone and play arm chair quarterback or desk top warrior. I can sit here in relative confidence that there is no armed imminent threat that’s about to harm me or my loved ones. So, while offering a critique on a guy who’s out there putting it on the line to educate people about the importance of being armed in public and standing firm on individual rights is easy….critiques are often necessary for greater learning. If we know anything about life…it’s the fact that our last mistakes can serve as our greatest teachers.

I also wanna say that I made the same mistake I’m about to show you that he made back when my family and I were hassled by Missouri cops for exercising OUR right to bear arms. A lot of people got onto me for making this mistake and I’m grateful they did. If you haven’t seen that I’ll leave that link as well.

As the title of the video suggests, this guy is in Edmond Haifer park, in Oklahoma conducting a 2A audit. Apparently he’s walking around in this park carrying a firearm that looks to people like a rifle when the cops walk up. Here’s the initial interaction. (clip)

First thing I wanna point out here is that the cop’s firearm is trained on a guy who is not harming or threatening to harm anyone. Things can go south very quickly here.

The cop says a rifle is not an open carry ability. The cop has already violated the infringement clause in the second amendment. This cop is more than willing to infringe on this guys rights if a law, which contradicts the 2^nd amendment says so.

basically…the cop is saying I gotta confirm that is NOT a rifle…because if it IS a rifle well then…you’ve violated the opinions of our state’s political masters (excuse me laws) and we will violate the constitution by infringing on your rights because we take orders from our overlords…we do NOT honor our oath to uphold the constitution.

So…4 other costumed thugs show up and now we have a total of 5 constitution trampling enforcers surrounding this peaceful man as they remove what they perceived to be a rifle hanging from his shoulder. Now the on-location firearms education class begins for the boys in blue.

Imagine that…a state employee asking a private person if he has a corporate federal tax stamp. Uh…how bout this badged man…you took an oath to uphold the constitution…where in there does it say I need a federal extortion stamp to exercise a right I already have to carry any firearm I want.

And guys…in reality…it’s none of these cops business what it is. It’s this guys property and he hasn’t used it to threaten or harm anyone.

While these two are busy Googling what kind of firarm this is, as if it matters, one cop says this, (clip)

While it’s never good to talk to cops because they’re trained to use your words against you…it’s really none of this guy’s business what this man is doing walking around with a firearm. This man is not obligated to answer anybody’s questions.

So while the cops are trying to figure out if this is a rifle or not, this guy explains why this weapon isn’t considered or classified as a rifle. Then this cop comes up with a suggestion.

Now let me pause here so we can savor the irony of this moment. A state employee who gets his paycheck through the threats, violence, coersion and theft of the state (called taxation) this government employee is going to suggest something BETTER be done. The government isn’t in the business of doing anything better. They are only interested in increasing revenue and power. That’s it. So, let’s hear your idea bud.

Can you think of a better education youtube video which educates the very people who claim to already be educated in things pertaining to the law? These are LAW enforcers and they don’t even know the law about or the classification of this firearm. Sounds like the “something better” suggestion is really… “why don’t you do something besides coming out here and making us all look bad and exposing the fact that we don’t know the law like we say we do and we’re certainly not interested in upholding constitutional rights.”

Did you hear what he just admitted? He point blank admitted that when cops run codes, they put other people at risk just so they can arrive on the scene. Think of the irony and gravity of that statement. Government DEFINITELY puts innocent people’s lives at risk JUST to get to a certain place where they may or may NOT be criminal activity. Archive that thought. I’ve never seen a cop actually come out and admit that. That is nothing short of a damning revelation and exposure of all state enforcers.

The cop suggests that it might be a good idea to call next time and let them know he’ll be in the park with a pistol that looks like a gun so he doesn’t walk up to the guy like he did…then he says this (clip)

So the cop just admitted another reality of government. Government agents can potentially shoot an innocent man for no reason other than the perception that someone makes a sudden move toward a gun. Making a sudden move toward a gun and pointing a gun at someone are two different things.

What cares what the manufacturer says. Who cares what state law is. What matters is you honoring your oath

Yeah… “we’re all 2^nd amendment supporters…that’s why all 5 of us have you surrounded and disarmed you while we determine if this is a weapon our political overlords allow you to have or not. This is a lie. If they lived by their oath to defend and protect “shall not be infringed” they wouldn’t even be standing here and this conversation would have never taken place. But here they stand, impeding and infringing on this guy’s rights as they say they support the very thing that they’ re currently standing there NOT supporting. You couldn’t even pay them to partake in a more ironic situation.

Now just to put the cherry on top of their oath breaking actions they move quickly from violating the 2^nd amendment to setting fire to 4^th amendment to be secure in your person, papers and effects….

So, here’s this guy’s mistake…which is a mistake I’ve made in the past. He gave them his name, which puts him in the police record and database. They clearly said he didn’t commit a crime…at this point they weren’t even suspecting that he had or was going to commit a crime and they asked for and he gave his ID anyway. And I understand why he did it and I know why I did it. You’ve got armed state agents surrounding you, you want to leave things peaceful, you don’t wanna give these guys a hard time, the adrenaline is still flowing because things can go south quickly when constitution violators standing around you…. whatever your reason. You should never give any agent your personal information.
