Open Letter to Oz Banking Royal Commission

To whom it may concern

My name is David Coggan and i am concerned that it was systematic within the commonwealth bank not to explain to customers that interest and minimum payment have to be payed in cash and are not just deducted from your credit card balance. Overdue charges apply and i got charged a lot of overdue costs. I approached the staff in the commonwealth bank and they could not or would not give me a straight answer. They actually laughed unprofessionally among themselves. I feel that elderly people are more likely to be affected. How much money was taken from people with money sitting in another account that they don’t transfer thinking any payments will be picked up on available credit.

The unwillingness of the bank to restructure loans is another price gouging method of these disgusting organisations, parasites on the back of working people that actually produce “things” not just “financial products” Read “Rip off” products that openly shaft people then when they get busted promptly shift the burden of the fine to shareholders and customers while counting there criminal booty, a revolting thief.  

Why when any ordinary person would get jailed for life for laundering money do “Banks” under some alternative legal system the employees of a bank do it and the “Bank” gets a fine. How big a company do you need to have to sly that one, i do crime, i work for bank, therefore bank does crime, no wonder they don’t teach logic in schools anymore.

Its as absurd as “Historical” Sex abuse, can people be charged with “Historical” serial killing. 

If you want to clean up the banks start with the people, they do the crimes. The bank is just a bank, you can’t shoot someone then charge the gun.
