Ways to Lubricate Energy-saving Ball Mill

The lubricating oil is a liquid lubricant used in all types of machinery to reduce friction, protect the machinery and processing part, which playing roles of cooling, anti-rust, cleaning, sealing and buffer. Whether it is a ball mill or crusher, it is no exaggeration to say, lubrication is the heart of a running device. If the lubrication work is not done well, there may be many things to affect the work efficiency of the mill.  1. Oil ring self-lubrication: The lubrication is sucking off oil from the tank by oil pump and sending it to the lubrication points though oil tube, then inflowing to fuel tank though oil return pipe. Its advantage is that the oil is sufficient, and plays a role in cooling. However, due to the oil supply system is difficult to ensure the required sealing and repeated occurrence of oil return pipe obstruction, so that causing the oil discharging, leaving frequent maintenance and serious waste. As a result, some iron processing plants have used wool lubrication instead of oil ring self-lubrication.
2. Wool lubrication: it has simple lubricating structure and overcomes the shortcomings of self-lubricating with features of reliability, easy-to-maintain and oil-saving, but it increases the number of refueling. It is a better one proved by field usage. Therefore, it is used to lubrication main bearings. Generally adopt HJ-3D Lubricating oil in winter use, and HJ-4D in winter.
How to choose lubricants in winter and summer?
We often adopt lubricant with thin oil in winter so that it can flow in low-temperature situation, While adopt lubricant with thick oil in summer. Thus, Hongxing machine suggests selecting appropriate lubricants depending on different seasons and different environments.
The inertia vibrating screen takes advantage of inertia caused by damping weight spinning with bearings to make screen vibrate. The structural drawing as shown in the figure. 
(1) Structure: Inertia vibrating screen and eccentric vibrating screen have much in common, such as the screen frame, the screen surface, the disc, damping weight and antifriction bearing. The main difference is that the transmission shaft of inertia vibrating screen is ordinary non-eccentric shaft, whose sieves supported on the basis by elastic spring.
(2) working process and principle: Drive shaft of inertia vibrating screen high-speed rotate by the motor, so the disc and balances under the axis have a greater inertia force during rotation; sieve is high-frequency rotating under the work of inertial force, when the sieve move downward, the following spring is compressed, when move upward, the sieve recover, thus the sieve produces continual ups-and-downs vibration, whose screening process is same with that of eccentric screen.  The domestic inertia vibration screenings have two types: seater types and over slung type (Seen as Figure 2-22). According to the screen surface layers, it can be divided into single screen and double screen, in order to improve the screening efficiency, double screen can be also used as single-layer screen.
The inertia vibrating screen has smaller amplitude and high frequency, only applied to screen medium and sewing-grain materials, its amplitude varies with the size of the load, which will decreases when large feeding, affecting the handling capacity and screening efficiency. Motor life will be affected for it is always vibrating with sieve, the screen specifications should not be too large, so only suitable for medium and small concentrator, and large concentrator has been rarely used it.
