The term “psycho-terrorism” was coined by Russian writer N. Anisimov of the Moscow Anti-Psychotronic Center.
According to Anisimov, psychotropic weapons are those that act to “take away a part of the information which is stored in a man’s brain. It is sent to a computer, which reworks it to the level needed for those who need to control the man, and the modified information is then reinserted into the brain.”
These weapons are used against the mind to induce hallucinations, sickness, mutations in human cells, “zombification,” (such as feelings of beingTRANSGENDER or that you are black when you were born white) …or even death.
Included in the arsenal are VHF generators, X-rays, ultrasound, and radio waves. Russian army Major I. Chernishev, writing in the military journal Orienteer in February 1997, asserted that “psy” weapons are under development all over the globe.
That is only some of the weapons they have been using in the last 50 years. Now they are literally downloading vast amounts of confusion and insanity, directly into the human Brain Cortex, by way of the internet and Satellite machines, all over the globe.

But, let’s clarify one more point… Lucifer is the name given for the king of Babylon in Is. 14, as the king was being very proud, and looking upon all that he had done, and comparing himself to the Most High. Lucifer means day star, or bright and morning light. It is not a reference to Satan, or the devil, and so all of these people who are calling themselves “Luciferians” are actually worshiping either Nebuchadnezzar or his grandson Belshazzar.
If I get this right, I can sue my phone manufacturer for beaming mind control rays into my head which make me commit crimes. No wonder people drive while texting and think of all the fun and games with augmented reality glasses to come.
