No, this proves nothing of the sort. In an interview with Megyn Kelly, there was a MORON who, thinking he was a hero, tied more than one tourniquet on more than one victim, and also stated he held the doors shut, because—-he didn’t have an acceptable answer. He was scared, and did say something to the effect of: The people in the alley were not able to clear the alley due to the large number of people streaming out, so I held the door closed so more could not get out of the club. He then repeatedly stated “I’m no hero”, when NO ONE even suggested he was. He wanted desperately to be one, but he was TOO STUPID to accomplish that. Of the tourniquets, Megyn asked, “Do you have any medical training or similar that guided your treatment of these victims?” Perhaps for one victim, a tourniquet MAY have been appropriate, I don’t know, but he saw blood and decided ‘let’s just kill this victims arm or leg, too.’
