Planet X Nibiru Navy Intel Says You Need to Get to High Altitude

Pls think about it for a moment. If these tunnels were designed for lets say a Nuclear exchange between lets say the U.S. and Russia, then why bother trying too store up goods, the earth would be destroyed for up too 1 thousand years, from the radiation.
