US Fighter Jets Intercept Unresponsive Aircraft Over Trump's Florida Resort
Two US F-15 jets have been scrambled to intercept an unresponsive plane that violated restricted airspace over President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. A sonic boom prompted a scare among locals who dialed 911 in panic, the air defense command said.
“The intent of military intercepts is to have the identified aircraft re-establish communications with local FAA air traffic controllers and instruct the pilot to follow air traffic controllers’ instructions to land safely for follow-on action,” the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) said in a statement on Friday.
The incident took place at about 7pm ET when the two F-15s successfully re-established communication with the aircraft.
The jets raced from their base in Homestead, Florida, at supersonic speeds, creating a loud noise that alarmed local residents, the statement added.
“The intercept required the Air Force F-15s from Homestead Air National Guard Base to travel at supersonic speeds, a sound noticed by area residents, to get to the general aviation aircraft where they were able to establish communications,” the statement continued.

This sort of thing is common and doesn’t need headlines. A light airplane pilot was out for a fly VFR, didn’t know that the Pres was present along his intended route and that the airspace around the Pres was temporarily restricted. Yeah, he technically should have read the NOTAMS before taking off and known of the temporary restriction. But sometimes pilots just go for a fly. I’m one. I know.

Well that light aircraft could have been carrying the new 200 ton mid-lan 2000 atomic blockbuster 400-A model that was deigned to take out only one building at a time as long as the building isn’t over 24′ X 40′ and one story, turn the page. If it were a two story they would have had to carry the 397 ton mid-lan 4000 atomic blackhawk buster 627-B model. I think they both would be to small because he might have a basement and neither of the strategic weapons have the capability to go thru the main floor of a building otherwise they would put a cloud of dirt in the air and that dirt would get all the other houses dirty and the government would have to start up another department to clean these other houses of the dirt fall and where would they get that money from. I think they should raise the taxes on all those other houses that are within 600 feet of the targeted house prior to dropping the weapon so they have the money ahead of time so they can clean the other houses. Maybe the government should go ahead and build the new Mega 400 at 500 ton mid-lan 5000-A bluehawk buster 777-DC model capable of being carried in a Cessna 172. What do you think?
